After our car was stolen right out of our driveway we were on the hunt for a new car. London Auto Valley was amazing helping us navigate through our challenges. Responded to all our phone calls and marketplace messages even during Family Day. The process was smooth and stress free in what was an already stressful situation. There was no pressure and respected our price point, time and decisions. We finally decided on a car for ourselves and then got hit with the news that our stolen car was found 3 weeks later in perfect condition and they were open to buying our found car from us and at one point even contemplated selling back the car we purchased from them. I couldn’t believe they considered this but wanted us to be happy. We decided to keep the car we purchased from London Auto Valley as we bought newer and felt that was best for our family. The fact they even considered to help out and actually empathize our tough situation was extremely considerate. Some places would say a sale is a sale and tough luck. Recently bought a 2014 Honda Accord. It was my first time buying a car so I was a little bit nervous about buying a used car vs. buying new from a dealership. The owners were kind, friendly, and reassuring about the quality of the car I was buying. The price was great and the turnaround from the time I signed the agreement to driving home was really quick.
