I was looking for a vehicle for over 2 months with specific criteria before stumbling upon the car I bought from North Auto Sales. My experience with the sales rep- Mohsen, could not have been better. He was cordial, accommodating, and was patient in answering all my questions. There was never a feeling of high-pressure sales tactics and he was gracious enough to do his best to accommodate our requests. Within the first test drive- we decided to purchase the vehicle, and North Auto Sales made the entire experience as seamless and efficient as possible. I highly recommend this place- and ask for Mohsen, as he did a fabulous job.

Such a great and well organized used car buying experience. I've been to many dealerships and I've got to say they provide a very personalized experience. Both Mohsen and Basil were very courteous and punctual, they also have experience in maintaining cars. We communicated after purchasing the car where they quickly responded to all of my questions. I will keep them in mind for my future car purchases, keep up the great service!

I highly recommend North Auto Sales. Basil and Mohsen are a pleasure to work with. Basil went out of his way to help us. Their approach is refreshing. When we test drove the car, they offered to take care of minor questions or issues we saw to make it perfect for us on delivery day! Their post sale support is also fantastic when we discovered a minor fix needed. Basil will be honest, fair, support you well. He is a car mechanic by training so he understands cars well too. We found this to be a great place to buy your used vehicle!

Best Car buying experience !!Very Professional, Honest & Upfront. No rush or Pressure. This is the place to start looking for a vehicle & only if they don’t have in stock what you want, then the need to start looking elsewhere.Bought a very well maintained 2015 Toyota Sienna a week ago.Mohsen was very patient throught the whole experience & Basil was the most courteous Car Salesman I have spoken to.They delivered the Van to our door from Milton to Newmarket. You described the vehicle perfectly and assured me that this car would fit my father's needs (85 years old). In addition, you drove the vehicle yourself for a few days to make sure all was good with the car. You had the service garage ensure all was safe and operational. We drove three hours to pick it up. We are very satisfied with the service and attention to assuring the vehicle fit our needs. Much appreciated!!!

When it comes to buying a used car, it’s not fun and I always feel somewhat worried. This was my first time I actually enjoyed the whole process and I am confident that I found the right dealership. Basil’s service was exceptional and also, very easy to communicate/arrange meeting or service. Unlike other dealers, there’s no pressure and he gave me enough time to test drive, look around and think about the purchase. Everything went very smoothly and also, they are ex-mechanics.
