I walked out. Store was almost empty, another customer walks in behind me, they serve him first. Lady comes up to the till but continues to talk with co workers instead of help me. And eventually leaves the till without saying a word to me. So I went to Wendy’s next door ;)

When you have a line up in store in the morning you don’t need 6 people working one drive thru window.Poorest service poorest attitudes from staff.What ever happened to the days when you only had to wait 2-3 mins to get your order??Staff here will glance at you and do nothing..So many people come here and still receive poor service all day.Maybe one day management can take their job seriously and have this place running smooth…High hopes in a place of low expectations

A group of mostly Philippine women of a nice vibe. Even thou they were pretty busy, they kept calm and kept working hard. The service was a little slow but complete and of a good nature. Will most definetly go back

My husband went to this Tim Hortons location for chicken noodle soup for me. Always when soup is ordered at Tim Hortons, a bun and butter is included with the order. However, the horrible staff at this location not only refused to give my husband a bun and butter, but also said they would charge him for it, even after he explained to them Tim Hortons policy of including a bun and butter with soup. He also had to wait 20 minutes, even though only he and one more customer was physically inside the store, the staff were focused on drive thru instead. It shouldn't take more than 3 minutes to fulfill an order for soup, and the customer shouldn't have to explain to staff their own policy! We are disgusted!

Every morning I enter a mobile order here and it's always the same. There's a really long line inside that's being ignored at the counter, and a line of people waiting for their mobile order. I wait about 5 minutes before I'm helped and in that time no one has helped the counter. I've seen people just walk out. You might as well go to the location on heritage.You would think the food here would be good since they are so busy but just a bun for soup is always rock hard.

Visited to day around 12.30 afternoon. Poor service . The person who took my order scratches his had and then puts his finger inside the cup. Instead of bringing the food to customer chatting with his coworker. Customer had to ask him if he can have his coffee. Don't recommend this location

I've been working down the road for 12 years and it keeps getting worse and worse. I've spent who knows how much on two or three coffees a day and trays for coworkers. Today was the last time. I couldn't understand the voice at the drive thru. She couldn't understand me. For the last year they've only gotten one of three orders right. I'm just done. And oh so slow. They could easily double the business if only the drive thru could focus on work and not socializing. I've talked with one of the ladies inside about the wait time. She said people need patience we're short on staff. I pointed out the 10 people I counted behind the counter... and the fact that only four were actually working in the time we talked.I'm done. And I'll take my business and my coworkers business down the hill to Tim's on 46 avenue.

I'm surprised this location has such a low rating. I have gone here for company work treats and large orders. There was a young gentleman training and I wish I had cash on me I would and want to tip him large for his patients and attention to detail for my order. I was very impressed considering it was lunch rush hour. Will continue to go to this location their speed and accuracy is on point.
