WARNING!!!I placed an order on Jan 11, 2022 and received a confirmation email giving me a UPS tracking#. On Jan 11, the UPS tracking website stated Label Created. It is now Jan 23rd and the status is still Label Created. I have sent at least 5 emails to Vega Lighting to ask for an update, and have called and left numerous voicemails as well. They have yet to respond to any of my calls or emails. I am starting to wonder if this company is not legitimate, and I've been scammed out of $290 USD. I checked my credit card statement, and they have already charged me the $290, but have not shipped anything out.

DO NOT RECOMMEND ITOrder placed 9/19/2022; for $260. I got an email with the UPS label created on 9/22.It looks like they never ship the itemsThey do not respond to my emails or phone calls.I don't know if it's a scam or simply do not want to talk to customers.It looks like a scam so far

The lighting arrived on time and as described however a few do not work. I've been trying to contact the company for two weeks now and no response. They do not answer the phone respond to voicemails or return emails. Did not have this problem when I was placing my order it seems as soon as there is trouble they are no where to be found.

Terrible customer service. Ordered pot lights early Dec. After placing order I was told by electrician that they would not work for my specific application. The same day I left emails and multiple phone messages throughout the week to cancel order. No one phoned back and no response to emails. Lights just arrived Jan 4. Now the hassle of returning the lights. Terrible. Just Terrible customer service. Boooooo.
