Ordered a big crunch sandwich. Was given just chicken on a bun, with less than a tbsp of mayo and no lettuce (apparently they were all out and we weren't told). Paid extra for gravy, was just brown water with no flavour. No thicker than my drink and wouldn't even stick to the fries. Will not be back.

My drink was warm. No ice in the machine. My fries were stone cold! And no running water in ladies bathroom! Not returning.

I went through the drive-through today at KFC in Saint Stephen New Brunswick they do not accept your coupons on your phone which I get up to the window after I placed my order and I’m waiting for my food and I went to pay her she would not accept my coupon because it was on my phone they always did before she says I have to use the app if I want to use a coupon the coupon has a code number they always use that and put it in the register before so what changed now I am not impressed and I will not go back to KFC again sitting in a hot lineup

Worst service I’ve ever seen in Canada. The server was rude and literally threw my food on the counter. I will never go back!

Had issues ordering online. Went in to order and they said they would only give me the online deal if I let them do a survey on my phone. When I asked why I couldn't order online he said it was too busy.Food wasn't bad. MUCH better then when they first opened and served me raw chicken.

Wow..don't know how to begin. Waited for a full 5 min for someone to come out to order desk..rang bell,called out..finally an extremely surly woman came out and point blank growled about being on the drive through( seemingly its offensive to come inside). Asked for a 10 PC bucket,2 included sides,and an extra side of gravy.Wow..on arrival at home(8 min away), the'chicken' was actually squashed into the bottom of the bucket in a full 1/4 of grease. The fries were cold and soggy

Raw chicken, the lady working cash was amazing and apologized up and down and they got me a new sandwich. The cook came out and told me she made sure it was cooked but I would say the cooks arent actually checking. Scary stuff. They offered me 20% off the next order but I wont be back. I just pray that the first bite I ate doesn't make me sick tonight. The picture is the bite I spit out and don't have a picture of the sandwich as I was in kinda shock that they gave me something undercooked.

Purchased a 12 piece family meal on October 23rd, 2022. Asked the supervisor who took my order ahead of time what white meat came in the bucket. He told me 2 breasts and 2 ribs. I got home, a 30kms drive away, to see a bucket filled with tiny wings, three drums, a rib. No receipt given. I tried calling but this kfc doesn't answer the phone. I followed up via email and the person who opened and replied, Sarang, appeared to share the name of the supervisor who served me. Said he'd get to the bottom of it and get back to me. Not a word. I followed up twice and no response. Disappointing to say the least. Lot of money to pay for a bucket of wings.

I actually did an online order from this place once on my way home from work. Figured I'd save some time and pick it up since there is usually a wait.I placed the order and when I picked it up they were INSISTENT i'd paid online. I told them I hadn't and fought them on it as long as I could without delaying everyone behind me... Several minutes.Next day they called me and asked me to come in and pay. I was pretty flabbergast. If I didn't live in town I wouldn't have but I was a bit concerned one of the staff members would end up taking the brunt of a situation that was clearly a training (management) issue.When I got there I couldn't even pay by card. Probably because they'd closed the days orders out and couldn't access them. Had to drive to the bank, get cash and come back.Really poor customer service. Don't understand how you can run a franchised fast food restaurant and not understand how basic parts of your business work.

I had to wait 25 min for fresh" chicken. It was the worst chicken I have ever had. It was dry and so over cooked it was mostly bones. Almost looked like they refried leftover chicken...certainly tasted like it. Ate 1 piece out of 10 piece bucket...threw the rest in garbage. Extremely disappointing."
