Badlands Butcher & Catering Services

Stopped in for some lunch at their food truck today. Great owner, friendly, and very good food.

Have used several butchers in the region and must say Clayton has done the highest quality job to date. Alot of care and attention to the cuts and I will be using his services exclusively!

Highly recommend getting lunch and steaks here when in Longview. Clayton, the butcher, is very knowledgeable and helpful. They also have local bacon, sausages, and dog bones.Best fries in town at the food truck!

We had Badlands Catering do they catering for our wedding and they were wonderful. Their staff were very organized, quick to reply with any questions, and thought of lots of details I missed. On the day, Clayton was so accommodating and helpful, I didn't have to worry about a thing. The food was also delicious. 5/5 would recommend to anyone planning an event.

Had a great lunch here after a hike. Poutine was fantastic. Great spot if you're passing through Longview.
