Saskatoon Fire Station #8
March 31, 2023, we experienced the terror of a 3am housefire. A closet fire caused by exploding lithium batteries which charged the dyson vacuum. It went from a loud bang, to a glow in the closet, to several more bangs, like gun shots, to an inferno in a very short time! Saskatoon Fire station 8 is close by our home, and they and several other units responded so quickly. They are an amazing professional group and we have nothing but praise for them. Thank you for everything you did for us. We are now in clean-up and re- building stage, but we are thankful. Thank you Fire House 8
