This company has gone above and beyond for me and my family. I lost everything I owned in the flood in Lockport,Ny and she gave me a new washer and dryer for free to show their love to my family and our loss.2 years later,after constant use of the dryer,it needed heating coils...they were at my house the next morning,which is 37 min away from Lkpt now and out of their area BUT THEY STILL HELPED ME!!100 STARS!!ILL ALWAYS SUPPORT HER AND HER FAMILY!!TY

Went to Murphy's to buy a new washing machine, and was very please with the Ma and Pop feel to the store. When my wife and I entered the store we were greeted by a nice young lady that was very knowledgeable of her product line. After our purchase, our washer was deliver by two great guy's, that were extremely friendly and helpful. We found the prices at Murphy's competitive, if I can help it, I will not buy any appliances from a chain re-tailer again! Murphy's has my business from here on!

Joanna was so helpful in finding the perfect stand-up freezer for us. Even going as far to recommend the garage ready one so it wouldn't quit on us in hot temps being in a non-temp controlled garage. Thank you!!!

New owner is awesome. Very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Took the time to help me diagnose a dryer problem. Parts were in stock and she brought them to our vehicle as we are under quarantine protocol. Service is above and beyond.

I wish I had found this company years ago. They were so helpful in this strange time we are in. When my refrigerator died after 16 years I thought I would just go buy one. Not that easy at this time. It was going to take a month or longer to get one in because some of the factories had to close because of the virus. I had no refrigeration and they were able to get me a loaner and deliver it to my house. It finally came in, later than we thought but it all worked out. I thank them for being there for their customers.

When our refrigerator died recently, which was purchased at Murphy Appliance 20+ years ago, we did our research . My husband called with what we were looking for and we picked it up the same day.
