RCC Waterproofing

I never write reviews but I was really blown away by this service. Den came over very promptly and made recommendations that were helpful and gave me a couple options and price points. Once I made my decision to move forward, Omar and his crew came out and had the work done very quickly. I was honestly shocked how quickly they worked and how efficient it was! There hasn't been any water since, we are extremely satisfied with this service and highly recommend Den and Omar's crew from RCC waterproofing!

I used RCC to waterproof the exterior of my house back in October of 2021. George was my main contact and at first he was very helpful, honest and informative of the entire process. It took a month after leaving the deposit and haggling them to tell me when they are going to be coming out to do the work. Choi and team came out and did the work which was tough and gruelling but it wasn't as what was agreed on in the contract. The sump pump pipe had two horizontal 90s which were supposed to be 45 degrees and the pipe was supposed to go 12ft from the house but was only 6ft (I had to fix on my own). The soil was not compacted down as the team said I wouldn't need it and it would be fine. A month later after a few rainfalls, the soil had settled 10+ and is eroding my paving stone walkway. The sump pump works (the soil directs water to the house and the pump runs often) yet my basement is still dry.I reached out to George and RCC team and they have ignored my requests to come fix the issue even though the contract states they would fix settling of backfill.I thought these guys would be reputable being a Mike Holmes contractor and being in the news a lot. But the experience I had leaves me to not recommend these guys to anyone."

Contacted RCC Waterproofing for a quote, and Den responded and was very informative in providing information about the leak and options to fix it. I got a early appointment from a cancellation and I spoke to Ryan who did the job, explained their process of taking pictures to show before and after. Good experience overall with RCC Waterproofing

Mauro assessed our property and was able to determine which areas of our house would have a potential leak. He was very prompt with his responses. He did recommend an external contractor (NOT associated with RCC) that would help us disconnect our a/c but we found he was unreliable so went with another contractor that we was referred through friends.Ryan and his crew was amazing! they came in and did everything in ONE day and took tons of pictures for us to view after it was done. They were able to put everything back (slab stones) in its original position and probably made it look nicer too!Mauro and Ryan were great and highly recommend them to our friends and families.

Anthony and his crew, along with operations supervisor Den, were fantastic to work with. We needed to move our excavation back one week and that was immediately accommodated. On site, Anthony and his men arrived right on time both days and did the back-breaking work like machines! Great care was taken with the property and they answered all our questions, offering their educated suggestions along the way. They showed us their work as they progressed and explained each step and process. The men were courteous and having fun, even with their heavy duty work. After the work was done, clean-up was complete and they left the site virtually as clean as it was when they arrived.The first heavy rain will determine how successful the waterproofing efforts were, but I have full confidence that the lower level of our house will now be dry. Den was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and professional. He was great with communication and worked around a scheduling conflict I had. Ryan came by to install a window cover and do some caulking and was also very professional and pleasant to deal with. I'm really happy with the work and would recommend RCC, specifically Den and Ryan with no hesitation.

Right from the initial call for help with my leaking basement to the completion of the job RCC were very professional and easy to work with.My Sales person Den promptly came to see the work needed. He performed a through inspection of the basement walls inside the house and exterior, and provided me with a written quote. Because of the time of year March Den and I agreed to keep in touch as to when the work could commence. On the agreed date and time Choys and his crew arrived on time and were ready to go to work. They did a fast and efficient job which I appreciated because dirt had to be piled on my neighbors drive way. They had that wall done in one day (hand dug) and with their cleanup my neighbor was extremely happy. The front of the house was completed on day two.Over all a very professional job done by the people from RCC Waterproofing...Thank you very much.

100% satisfied with using RCC on my 40 year old 5 level backsplit home basement foundation leaks.Den definitely has brought more information and knowledge to the table than his competitors. We found a crack in our foundation wall while doing a basement renovation so we called on RCC to provide us with options to eliminate the cold damp draft. I selected this company because solid track record and reviews found all over the internet. Joe sent his son Jesse out to inspect and discuss options the very next day. Jesse was polite professional and knew exactly what needed to be done. I was concerned about the dig as our backyard is fully landscaped with a garden, irrigation, lighting, a stone walkway and a pesky air conditioner in the way. Jesse insisted he and his brother Joey would do everything possible to minimize collateral damage. Joe quickly put together the quote and came by the house to address questions and ease any concerns. We moved forward, RCC promptly order the required locates and were flexible to our schedule. On the day of the dig, Jesse and Joey showed up early with a well thought out plan. To my surprise and extreme delight they dug the hole by hand and waterproofed the wall without needing to move the AC unit (2 inches from the hole) or disturbing the landscaping which saved us additional work and expense. They back filled the hole and cleaned up in no time. I sent my wife a photo after they left and she question if they were even there! Amazing job!!
