I'm a first time customer and what a pleasure to receive service 'like in the old days'Don was on time, relaxed, courteous and let me know he will look after all my concerns regarding the bad water stains on my fairly new off white sectional. The results were excellent, and it was dry in 2 hours. I love this company and will continue using them.

They team arrived promptly (actually a bit early) for their appointment and got right to work. They were friendly and professional and really knew what they were doing. The upholstery looks great and we look forward to getting out rug back all brand new".We live in the Junction so always great to #shoplocal. They were technically booked up but they were flexible to fit us in since we were in the neighbourhood."

I am really happy we chose Victoria & Co. because this is my first time utilising a cleaning service for my couch. I'm very pleased that Don agreed to provide my couch with the high-quality care and upkeep it requires. Our old couch was covered in numerous water stains, and our dog's constant licking left water spots on the surface of our new couch. Don was fantastic and extremely effective. Although costly, it was very worthwhile. My couch now appears brand new. He and this company is absolutely recommended by me.

I had a custom- made, velvet button tufted sectional sofa and lounge chairs that needed to be professionally cleaned and protected. Victoria and Company came highly recommended and did a wonderful job using their Special Dry Cleaning Process,my furniture looks like new again. I won’t trust anyone one else. They are simply the best!!!

Victoria & Co. was extremely friendly, prompt, and professional. They even provided a pick-up and drop-off service, which was extremely convenient given that we do not have a car. Very quick service; my cushions were picked up on Tuesday morning and returned on Thursday morning. They appear to have never been near a cat before, and they even treated the fabric to prevent future spills or accidents from seeping as deeply into the fabric. I would definitely recommend this company, and I expect to use them again in the future.
