Ice Patch Hollow Indoor Playground
It was our first and only time going here. Staff was great. Owner was rude and combative. I was let into the establishment while waiting for my friend who had a pass. I told staff I could wait until she arrived, but they said it was ok to go in and let the kids play while we waited. Owner then approached me moments later combatively, and completely contradicted his employees. I explained that I had said I could wait, but he was still very rude and unprofessional. We won’t be returning or supporting this business.

I cannot recommend this place enough. We have gone twice now, the first time for a party, and this last time the staff was phenomenal! They were attentive to all areas of the equipment, even going as far as stepping in when older children were playing really rough in the toddler area. It was fantastic to see. Also, at the end of our time, i faced a mothers worst nightmare and could not find my car keys. They went above and beyond to help us, including watching my children for me behind the counter while i looked outside for them. Wonderful staff, always clean location. 1 million stars!

My wife and my son go here alot. At first glance, it looks tight. But, the owner did a fantastic job of using the space he has to work with! There is so much for the kids to do, and a wonderful spot for the parents to sit down and relax, and still be able to see where their kid is at pretty much at all times.Brian has done an amazing job of bringing this place to life. He's even an accomplished author! You can see his characters all around the indoor play space, it's pretty cool. His books are great, my son has one of them!

Place was amazing and kept a toddler busy for hours. Comfy chairs for parents to relax in. Reasonably priced food and drinks. Will definitely go back!

My kids 8 and 10 spent hours playing at Ice Patch Hollow on a rainy day. The space was very clean, bright and playground surfaces were well kept. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Was visiting for a friends daughters birthday party, what a cute well managed little indoor playground. With rooms so you can host parties and store everything in one room while the kids run around and play. Seems to be a good amount of space for the children to run around. With a specific area for the smaller kids/toddlers to play and not end up hurt.

Nice spot for a kids party. The play area was clean and well lit. Lots of different areas to play in but not so big you will loose sight of your child. Ample seating area for parents. Suitable for toddlers to age 7. There are 2 separated birthday rooms.Attached to Sunnyside mall but not inside it. Lots of parking available.

Ice Patch Hollow Indoor Playground
Have to say,it's the nicest place I recently have been. Last minute BD celebration turned out out to be on Friday 4-6,perfect time to have the entire place almost to your guestsThe place itself not big however still plenty of space for kids to run around and parents to sit comfortably.The owner,Brian, is carrying with high attention to customer service!Highly recommend, well worth the drive.
