The Team at Foster LLP are super stars, Jennifer, Dana, Peter, Megan, Allison Mittic when was there are all really professionals. They have helped me over the years in Family Matters and in a criminal matter and they really worked hard for me. This is a fabulous law firm. My matters were of serious nature and I was treated fairly and with respect.This team and law firm knows how to handle the issues that I had they are very empathetic and do listen to you. I really don't know how to thank them for all they have done for me. My matters were very lengthy and the team handled them professionally.

I had the pleasure of having Sasha Joshi as my lawyer to deal with my child support and access issues. I have dealt with a few lawyers previously with similar issues and noone could compare. I never felt over charged for any services which is important. She had a good answer to everything opposing counsel presented and was always very well prepared. I couldn’t have been more fortunate to have Peter as my lawyer who helped me through the whole situation and handled my legal issues in a diligent and thoughtful matter. I am involved in a complicated family law matter involving my two young children. Jillian Hegberg was my first lawyer and I want to highly recommend her, and the firm. My matter will take many years to resolve and the work Jillian did on my case was exceptional, intelligent, compassionate and forward thinking. Although I am with a different firm now, my current lawyer continues to praise the work she did to assist me and my children, and to approach the matter always considering the best interests of the children. She would explain possible outcomes of her suggested directives so we always remained on course with my objectives. Additionally, the firm was responsible with cost and accounting, and took accountability for potential costs to me and my family given the breadth of legal matters to address. They were always upfront with costs. Ms. Hegberg's assistant was also extremely hardworking, conscientiousness, intelligent and organized. I searched different review sites when I first needed a lawyer to work with, and found them helpful so I wanted to return the favour for any mother struggling with parenting order issues. Lourdes stuck with me through a very emotional and long drawn out court process. She was honest and gave me the reality of what I could expect as worse case senerio which I really appreciated. This helped my anxiety by knowing what my next steps could be if things had gone that direction. She put in the work to make sure my voice was heard and considered, which ultimately led to my kids being kept as safe as possible. She was very knowledgeable about the process and kept me up to date with everything.I've recommended her services already and should I ever need to return to court I will absolutely count on her services again.

I would highly recommend this law firm - most specifically Lourdes Garcia. She took on my family law case and helped me achieve the answer I was looking for over a lengthy two year process (unfortunately covid and the court house system often made things take longer then originally planned). In my opinion her best quality was always coming prepared and having all my evidence neatly bound and organized. I also appreciated her phone and email follow ups. It wasn't often I was left wondering or without the necessary information I needed. She also advocated for me with legal aid, which was truly appreciated.
