The rudest shop owner I have ever encountered. As we were standing downtown he came out and told my son to get away from his store he was blocking the window. Also was not wearing a mask inside his store

David is such a kind man , with real old world talent not like those chain stores he actually custom designs jewlery and does amazing repairs on site and with quick turnaround time . He also sells vintage jewellery for a one of a kind item unlike your mass produced items from chain stores in the mallsShop local you’re going to be surprised with what you can find locally !

Not to be trusted. He quoted me $100 to replace the stone in my ring and then charged me over $400. Another time, a friend had him shorten a gold chain and make it into an ankle bracelet. He charged her $25. She gave me the other half of the chain to make into an ankle bracelet for myself. He charged me $100. I guess I look like I can afford more. He's not even friendly. Avoid him like the plague.

I have been dealing with David for well over 14 years and have had nothing but great customer service! I have purchased many items from him; also had a ring made. I’m looking forward to my next purchase soon, as I love jewellery.

David is a very kind, attentive and talented man. My husband went to him with a specific ring in mind and David made the exact ring he had hoped for. I am so in love with it and the work be does. He is one of a kind and so is my ring!

Took a very dusty dirty ill fitting ring into this shop for sizing and cleaning. 8 days later and at a very reasonable price this is the final product! Over the moon about the craftsmanship and pride this business takes and making and maintaining their customers pieces!! Thank you so much Van Jewllery!!!

Absolute worst customer service, I sold him some jewellery and while I was there I asked him to verify that my new gold ring was real, to which he told me it wasn't (may I add that this is my wedding band so I was heartbroken over it thinking we had been scammed) well I took it to two other Goldsmith's who confirmed it was in fact real. He most likely was hoping to buy it from me for next to nothing in hopes of turning a profit or that I'd return my ring and come purchase from him, other than those reasons I can't  understand why he'd lie, or maybe he's unqualified or last but not least just really didn't care if it was real or fake.I'd give 0 stars if that was an option.

This was the first establishment to come up in a Google search so I showed up and asked the gentleman to just put the back cover back on my watch ( I changed the battery but couldn't reaeart tie cover). He told me that he doesn't do that kind of thing". I asked if there was anybody else around here and he said "I don't know ... there's no one" and sent me out the door."

The owner replaced 4 stones in my Wife’s engagement ring. The job was perfect, may have something to do with 40 years of experience. The job was done before the agreed time. The owner is a perfectionist and I would highly recommend him to anyone. Thank you. Larry and Pam . 5 star rating.
