Little Burgundy

Brutal service. Absolutely horrible. Stood around with multiple shoes I wanted sizes for about 10 minutes and the girls just stood around the corner chit chatting. Don’t even think they looked at me once. I was the only one in there! I’m not one to complain about customer service but talk about a joke. Came Friday March 31st around 5:30

As also working in retail myself, today I got the worse service, entered in this store, I tried a Demo, I decided to buy it, and asked a long hair girl to get my size, I tried and decided to buy it immediately, but even I loosed maximum the shoelace, it is much more tighter than the deme shoe, I asked a another pair to try, she told me because a lot of people tried the demo, It is big. I agreed, but the new pair is much more tighter than the demo, I wanted another pair, at the very beginning she was not happy, but I only took her 5 minutes to buy a pair of shoes. She yelled:'you are not understanding what I said.'OK, I wish you have a great night,Bonne soirée

Would give it a 0 if I could. Worst store. They refused to give me a refund for shoes that were broken when I bought them even though they claimed that they give a 60 day warranty for ALL manufacturing defects.

Sept 13, 2018 2:00PM. Just went to this store. 4 employees. 2 girls one blond and one brunette, 2 other dudes. Blond girl on her cellphone, brunette girl chilling behind the counter chatting with her colleagues. Spent 5 minutes in the store no one bothered to say hello, let alone help with finding the shoes I was looking for. Luckily theres a footlocker in the mall.WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I went yesterday, there was a sales girl with blonde hair, coughing like crazy and she approached me super close to my face to tell me about their Black Friday specials after I told her I did not need any help.

Staff is so useless, no help for customers. Waited 10 minutes to be greeted

No service at all. Looking for new boots no help nor explanation. Probably explains why the reviews are terrible. Step up your game …

Worst customer service ever. I went to the store but the staff was chatting in small groups and never cared to greet nor to serve me. They were way too busy talking about their summer while I was obviously trying to find some models of shoes. Pls fire them.

There were four girls who were sitting down and talking and I had to ask them if anyone was available to help me so I can try something on, it’s a Wednesday night I don’t know why four people were on staff if they weren’t serving anyone :/
