I had CFI help me with renovations in my home which included, carpet, vinyl plank and tile through out my main and basements levels plus wall tile in my main bath. The professionalism is second to none. Prompt and courteous service by the sales staff (Rugo) and installers (Richard, Eddie and Merik). I would and have recommended CFI to anyone I know who is in need of flooring. Thank you for a job well done!

Had the best experience with this company. Ashley did an informative and speedy quote and helped pick the perfect flooring for me. Then she got Richard, who came to install, booked by the next day. So pleased with the product but especially the service!

This is a company that goes above and beyond customer service...they actually care about their clients and families. After extensive floor shopping in the Edmonton area, my husband found exactly what we were looking for at CFI. Got a great quote, and went ahead with the order and installation at our home in South Cooking Lake. Our flooring installer was Steve, and he was AMAZING. He was such a hard worker, extremely detailed and the quality of the work he did was superb - from the removal of the existing floor, to the subfloor prep, to the installation of the hardwood floor and stairs. Our floor looks amazing!! I highly highly recommend this company, and highly recommend Steve for your installation. You won't be disappointed!

I used CFI for flooring on a recent renovations project, the experience was outstanding. Rugo was a pleasure to deal with and gave sound advice...but my reason for promoting them goes beyond the amazing service they gave: their management members are incredibly socially responsible towards community and society. In recent conversation I happened to ask a management member how they’ve been coping with COVID-19 and if they’ve looked at government loan programs. This company’s response was eye opening: taking government money just because it’s offered and not necessarily needed, is not something in their core value. The government loan programs are better served for businesses that are actually in need, while CFI is relying on efficient business operations and good client base to ride out the economic uncertainty.Kudos to you CFI team, just an amazing company all around.

I highly recommend anyone that needs new flooring go though CFI. Rujo was the person we were dealing with and he is very good at what he does. I just want to take a chance to thank the team at custom floors inc especially Trevor Nanninga for the flooring that was installed in my kitchen after the dishwasher had failed and flooded my hardwood. I had two good experiences with this company and the installation crew.

Custom Floors Inc. had been contracted for the restoration of my kitchen back splash. Josh was very friendly and professional, explaining the different options and came by with samples to match my previous back splash. Merick was the one who installed my tiles which only took a day. They were quick and responsive on a last minute's notice--would definitely recommend them if you have any tile work that needs to get done!

Ashley was so excellent to work with! She came to my house to measure and confirm the product I was ordering would work over the old flooring. When it came to install, she was there to answer my MANY questions!! Plus, my flooring is BEAUTIFUL! I would highly recommend CFI to anybody :)
