Neighborhood Art Studios

(updates: I did get my remaining refund soon after the review and am ok to change to 3 stars. )I paid summer camp about $400 and only used 2 classes right before covid hits.Then everyone knows the story, stores closed business closed so does them.Then after they open zoom I tried one class but because so many interaction less time on actual drawing I asked for partial refund got refused because she said it is hard time for her and ask for my understanding, I said fine and I will wait until in person class resume.In February I asked about in person class she said it's resumed and will provide schduel to me, then no response.Last week I asked again, whether partial refund or resume in person class. Still no response.I don't understand, only $300 or less refund, or just have us for class . how hard could it be.The person who emailed me back and forth name is Preeti Dhillon

My daughter has been going to Neighborhood Art Studios every spring break for the past 2 years now and she always looks forward to going to class everyday. Chris is a very patient and kind teacher that has greatly inspired my daughter's creativity and artistic expression. Thanks, Chris and Preety!
