2 days ago, I dropped off my phone booster, which I know is displaying 3 green lights but not having very good boost signal quality. When walking in, I explained my inside and possibly outside antenna issues I didn't get to finish my sentence there was 2 individuals trying to push a NEW product on me, (that threw me off). Collecting myself, I told them no, I don't want a new booster. Please fix this one. # 1 - 2 days later, they said the Amp wasn't working at all (when I know it was). #2 They threw out both my Antenna's saying they recycled them already ( it would have been nice to try and salvage those myself). I'm pretty sure asking the customer 1st would have been the right thing to do there !!! # 3 they offered to sell me a brand new phone booster!!! Imagine that same sales pitch 2 days previous !!! Do yourself a favor. DO NOT SHOP HERE. Go somewhere else like PRAIRIE MOBILE they're only a few blocks away. They'll actually fix your items before selling you new ones !!!

Great service, had a mag mount antenna in stock for a Wilson cell booster, only $80 for the mount and antenna. Immediately knew which product would match the equipment and it works perfectly.

Had a great experience there. Had spent over an hour on the phone the night before working with loyalty to be able to upgrade early. When getting it set up in store, Zane noticed an issue with the way it was set up and worked with loyalty to make sure I got the same rebate value, even got it applied as an lump sum rather than spread out over 24months. Got my new phone, case, screen protector and couldn't be happier

Dropped off a 2-way radio for service and it tested out fine. Still had an issue and one of the field techs took a couple minutes to help fix my problem. In a time when most people say it’s not my problem, It’s great to see customer service where people go a little extra to help others out. So glad I chose Bearcom to do my work!!

I came here back in april 2022 to change my phone plan to koodo, and i had auston for the person that helped me, he was frendly, i also phoned here a few times for questions about my phone plan, and they also answered my question that i had, that was good, i also got a charger here a few weeks ago, but i didn't have the plug to charge my phone, so i had to go back and get the plug, glad they got the plug to charge my phone, it works good and my phone charges fast
