Vellner Leisure Products has immeasurable customer service! We arrived in Rimbey Lions campground on a Sunday and had trouble with the gearbox for our 5th wheel landing gear. Once we determined what part was causing the problem, we started calling RV places in Red Deer. Everyone either didn’t have the part, couldn’t get the part or the parts department wasn’t open on Sunday. Not only was Vellner parts department open, Stacey knew exactly what part we were needing and knew to ask the length of the leg we have. And then, when we mentioned we were at a campground in Rimbey but wouldn’t be able to come for the part until tomorrow since we had remained connected and would need to get a ride, he delivered the part to the door on his way home from work! How awesome is that! Cudos to a business interested in exemplary customer service! Thank you!

Looking for a new or used RV or even just parts this is the place for you. Just purchased a new trailer from Vellner Leisure Products and it was the best experience out there. We shopped around different dealerships and they were not able to deliver the same quality or even customer service as Vellner. Take the time to listen to your needs and also go above and beyond during your time walking around the lot. Highly recommend anyone buying a RV from this place.

This is by far the best rv dealer and service provider I have ever been to. They are extremely friendly, competent and professional. From the moment you walk in you are greeted with a welcoming smile and everyone is very helpful. A very special thank you to all who have helped us, especially Elizabeth and Natalie in the service department. I am grateful for such outstanding service. They really care and it definitely shows. Thank you for making us feel like regular customers and making sure that the rest of our travels are safe.

If you take a part in there they know exactly what you need. If you give a god awful description of a part you need they will know what you're talking about.

We had spent a good year working with Barry to find the right RV for us. He never waivered in his determination to help us find just the right RV for us. Once we had the RV, he continued to help us get the right equipment for it and gave us advice as we are new to RVing. He was always positive and made sure to help us every step of the way and will always have our respect and friendship. We then brought the RV in for inspection and cleaning as we bought it used. The service department was excellent with every phase of the inspection and work we asked to be done. The cleaning was amazing!! I was just so impressed with how clean it was. Every nook and cranny looked great. All in all, every person we have interacted with from Reception, sales, service and up to Mr. Vellner have been friendly, professional, helpful and always honest and caring. We highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for an RV or needing work done. They have done an outstanding job for us and we will go back for the next one.

Bought a Sabre 37FLH from these clowns. I would never buy from them again nor would I ever reccomend them to anyone. I've never witnessed so much incompetence under one roof. The finance manager & the general manager both lied to me. Absolutely disgusting customer service from both of them.After the sale, everyone just wants to wash their hands clean of you.The only decent person I dealt with was Lenore in sales. She is a terrific person, but the rest of their staff I wouldn't trust any of them as far as I could throw them.I refuse to deal with Vellner for anymore warranty work or anything else. I have been using Vision RV in Acheson & the difference is night & day.I'm looking forward to reading what Roanne (general manager) writes back in reply to this poor review. I'm sure she will have some poor excuse or even another brilliant lie, but it doesn't matter to me - I am completely finished getting treated poorly by this dealership.Good riddance

I bought a toy hauler from Vellner early in the spring of 2022, sight unseen, mostly over the phone and via email with Barry. The process went extremely well, and he was able to answer all of my questions.When we finally agreed on a deal, the paperwork was smooth, and the pickup was flexible to meet my needs.When I did pick up the unit, the walkthrough was thorough and appreciated. Troy also helped to make sure that the equalizer hitch I had purchased was appropriately set for my truck. I hadn't expected the process to take as long as it did, but I'm glad that it did. We didn't rush through, and it was all done right.I was also introduced to their after-sales care team, in case I had any issues or questions.Over the summer, I had 2 separate items that I interacted with their team. Specifically, I connected with Natalie and Sheldon and both were excellent. My questions were answered, my issues were resolved and I feel like they went above and beyond".They were respectful and "small town" in all of my encounters with the team

We spent 2 hours walking through used and new units. No sales pressure. We were being touristy and wanted to see what was available. Thank you very much Vellner Leisure Products! Beautiful units!

Just bought my keystone passport gt from vellner! I have to say it was the easiest most comfortable transaction I've ever done from sales dealing with Darren he was very informative and honest, Rg in finance made the whole process smooth and never got the feeling I was bring pushed to buy anything extra! Tina at the front desk was sooo nice she was so lovely to my kids showing them the toys and playing with them! Elizabeth in service made sure to make it feel like I was taken care of and made sure I would come back to see her if there was anything we had concerns about! The parts guy didn't get his name but had a long conversation about how we loved Hawaii, big shout out to Sheldon in service explained the whole rv and inside and out made sure to awnser all my questions made sure I was hooked up correctly and safe before he left!Overall amazing experience! This dealership is definetly one to remember and definetly recommend them to anyone looking to buy an RV.Thanks guys!

My spouse and I just recently bought a trailer together from Lenore! She was fantastic to deal with and really got to know what we were looking for.
