My passport pics got rejected at a few places but Yach from the tech Side made it possible and my photos were approved by the immigration. Thanks a lot. It's really appreciated.

I had a canvas made for a special occasion today, and everyone at the photo department was extremely helpful. I especially want to thank the gentleman who was in charge of the image and canvas. He was incredibly diligent and professional. Thanks to his efforts, the canvas turned out to be perfect!

Don’t go to this store when your wearing a dirty clothes and have a backpack from work, the woman on the entrance from inside the mall is so racist, she thinks im a homeless guy and she thinks that i didn’t notice that she call a security to check me out if i take and hide aomething, the first time i go inside she’s already looking at me, hopefully this kind of gesture to the costumer she made must have an action from the owner of the store thanks.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FOR YOUR CAMERA HERE!! Went to go and buy a new SD card for my camera and they were charging $200+ for a 132 GB card but get this it was on sale and not the original price of $300+. Ended up taking my business to Best Buy and got the exact same card for $40. Amazon even has a 2 pack of 132 GB cards for $30. And absolute rip off and not worth my business.

My issue is more about lack of feeling safe vs quality of customer service at the London Town Square location. I have had very good experiences with asking staff for help locating something or returning items when needed. However this location is constantly leaving me feeling very unsafe as there are many druggies and homeless loitering outside the store and often inside as well. I was with my child when staff had to ask a man to leave as he was lighting up drugs in one one of the aisles. It is unfortunate that this is a CONSTANT problem, I like the location and as I said, staff have been helpful. But it seems the safety and shady people hanging around is getting worse and not better.

Some workers are very pleasant and kind, however other employees will see you as a bother. Will not answer questions, ignore you when you speak to them but will stare at you from afar.So it's really the luck of the draw

Very very nice staff today at customer service desk, so kind and thoughtful. I believe her name is Joy. She was beyond kindness and her smile lit up our day!

Horrible, horrible, horrible. I'm convinced London drugs will go under. I will never stop at this store ever again. Tried to return a xmas gift two times. It is next to impossible and you will not get a refund. Exchanges or gift card only. Gift receipt was filled in wrong at the original store. Manager didn't even try to do anything. In the end, they were giving me a gift card that was worth $40 less than the original item. Don't buy gifts here if you're not sure the person will keep it. You will make it into a horrible experience for them. I would give zero stars if i could.EDIT: Jan 2023. After finally getting a picture of the receipt (this was a $150 gift from 80 year old grandparents) and a third visit to London Drugs we managed to get a gift card and bought some ear buds just to get it over with. They would still not give us a cash refund because we had no physical copy of the receipt. We're from out of town so just want this experience behind. Low and behold, one of the ear buds stopped working two days later. We have since spoken to Jayme, store manager, who kindly contacted us after i posted the review. We're to get a refund next time we're in town which might not be for a while. The saga continues.

The guy at Tech services was amazing. Took only few minutes to troubleshoot my Airpods and fixed my problem quick. Knowledgeable apple service provider.
