Bone & Biscuit

I have been going to Bone & Biscuit for years now. I love the warm welcome from the owner, staff and lovely dogs who greet me everytime I come in. They have a great knowledge on all the premium products they carry. I love how I have built up a good relationship with the owners and will continue to support them.

I went in one day to purchase dog food and the ladies gave me a big re-education on food! Our dog loves her new dinners- eats them with no extra treats mixed in. AND, best of all, the owner advised me of a new all natural product for joint pain management for our baby, and now she is so spry- within a week she jumped into our truck again! Its been years since she’s done that. THANK YOU ladies!!

I really enjoy shopping at the Bone & Biscuit for my Bulldog, and have been a customer for the past 2 years. I recently visited and brought my dog in with me to shop around and was greeted by a very vocal large dog who I'm assuming is the owners. My dog become very frightened and ruined the shopping experience for us. In the future I will return without my dog with me unfortunately.

I love bone and biscuit ! I never go anywhere else to buy raw dog food. This mother daughter team are so sweet and always ready to assist you. My dog Olive also enjoys visiting.

I wandered into the Bone & Biscuit heartbroken over the failing health of my 15 year old dog Fergus.He was failing down stairs. Could hardly walk. Fergus was full of pain.It was terrible. Terrible.I asked the owner if there was anything she could do to help.She directed me to buy a supplement called Recovery". She assured me

My first negative comment in this platform.Had to walk away and let my wife do the shopping as we were almost out of dog food and drove there from far part of the town.A dark coloured mid-sized unleashed poodle lunged at my arms outside when I opened their store's door. I had my leashed pomeranian pup in my jacket (I was protecting it from the cold outside).Please be clear that your store dogs are aggressive towards smaller dogs.My first and last visit at this location.

I had a very negative experience shopping here. I felt pressured to purchase something that turned out to be unreasonably expensive. We waited for a long time just to purchase this item while the staff decided to chat with someone else for awhile, as we were clearly waiting at the counter. Overall, did not feel like the staff had our best interest in mind, and did not try to make sure we had a positive experience.

I’ve been coming to this Bone & Biscuit location for almost 3 years now and honestly I have nothing but good things to say. My dog Jackson loves everything I bring home for him from bone and biscuit. The mother/daughter duo that run this store are absolutely amazing. They are extremely knowledgeable on every product they carry. Any issues I’ve had with my dog, they always have different things that I can try. No matter what questions I have, they always have an answer and if they don’t…they are sure the next time I visit they do! You can tell they really care about their customers. I will forever be a loyal customer here and definitely recommend coming here especially if you want good quality stuff for your dogs.

Such a nice little store. The owners are always friendly. I'm able to get Fromm brand food. They have some items you may not be able to find at other stores.
