Kelsey was very helpful. He advised the anticipated outcome and time it would take. He then offered options and associated costs. I was able to make an informed decision with no surprises.

On Monday I brought my phone in to get my screen replaced as I had shattered it the day before. After a 3 hour wait (also being told it would take an hour and a half) my screen LOOKED fixed but as I was halfway home I started having issues with my screen glitching and not being able to type on it properly despite never having this issue in my life, not even while it was shattered. I called back and someone explained to me this was something called ghost screen and they would fix it for me again for free. I brought it in today to get fixed AGAIN and they typed on my phone one letter at a time but it does not happen unless you're typing like a normal person. Got my phone back again and although it was a little bit better, it still is not fixed and now I have to save money for a whole new phone. If i would have known they were going to just create a new issue for me, I would've left the screen shattered. Highly disappointed in my experience.

Wasn't actually at the cell mechanic shop, but rather, the Bell store. So, this review will be two-fold.Cell mechanics: I've been there a few times to get my charge port cleaned on my phone. Never 'charged' me a dime for doing it, so I tossed em some coffee money as a thank you.Bell Store: If it wasn't for them, I'd have left Bell as a customer, final bill be damned.

I received on arrival the utmost pleasant service from the young gentleman that assisted me with my issue. I got what I needed to get done, looked after in a very quick n efficient manner. A very nice atmosphere and I felt that my needs were the most important at that moment, and which were tended to promptly. I am very happy with the overall outcome of my visit! Wow. Friendly service. Patient with me as I was quite distressed not having my phone. The price was good compared to other places. Would highly recommend.

Had a great experience today with Drew as I was at cell mechanics to get my charge port replace and he fixed it smartly with just adding alcohol. Will definitely visit them again if I have any other issues.

I broke the camera lens on my favorite phone. As I was traveling in from a rural area I was hoping I could get the repair done in thesame day fortunately they were able to do it and just under an hour and a half. I really appreciate the extra effort, the cost was moderately high but for me it was worth it. They were very polite and professional I would go there again.
