Enzo was very understanding of the water troubles this year and promptly put a sump pit in my basement. He was quick to respond, help problem solve and explain my options. Sherman was on time and put the pit in swiftly. He was also very knowledgeable. Overall, the job was well done and the pump/pit work well. I will continue to recommend Giorgio Construction and will definitely give him a call if the need arises in the future.

Enzo did an incredible job installing a sump pit and pump (just after a catastrophic basement flood), putting in the weeping tile and bed, and repairing and sealing the foundation of our house. I really appreciated his attention to detail, responsiveness to unforeseen problems, reasonable pricing, and flexibility. He also explained the entire system to me and gave suggestions for maintenance and upkeep. I highly recommend working with him to solve basement flooding problems.

Enzo and his team waterproofed my basement and put a sump pump in last spring, and I couldn’t be happier with their service and work. Enzo is very knowledgeable and trustworthy and genuinely cares about his customers. He was very patient with me and came over a few times to consult with me, as we had to change our plan a few times as my basement flooded in new areas. I throughly enjoyed having a nice, dry basement this spring. I would suggest Giorgio Construction a million times over.

Enzo came over to look at our house to see if he could address any of our concerns. He was very knowledgeable and gave us great advice about our situation. All his suggestions are improvements we could do ourselves, or gave us advice on who we can call, and helped us feel at ease about it. He was very honest and did not pressure us into any unnecessary work. Very kind and friendly service, we are very appreciative that he came out to talk to us. Overall, I would highly recommend him to anyone who asked.

The crew showed up on time, got to work doing a job other companies didn’t want to do (concrete step removal). They went above and beyond to get it done. They were very professional and the best part is, they seemed to be enjoying themselves. It was a very physical job but they made it look fun and easy. Will definitely call them when I need more work done.

Excellent service and fantastic work, came in and fix my foundation just before snowfall in 2019, haven't had any leaks come in since the snow melted. They were very hardworking and professional and took extra care to make sure the job was done right! No corners were cut and everything was done above and beyond to ensure I got the best quality of work and materials used on my house! I would highly recommend Giorgio Construction to anyone.
