Sharan is the best physiotherapist in Brampton!! She is hands on and uses whatever equipment is necessary. She is empathetic and only recommends what is necessary. I have been going to her for 5 years with no issues! If you are looking for a physiotherapist, do not think twice- just call the office today!

I been going to Sharan for 2 years. I tried so many clinics before coming here. I decided to try Sharan after reading lot of good reviews as i wanted to go somewhere, where work is hands on instead of machines. Sharan is very pleasant and best physiotherapist!! If you are looking for a physiotherapist, please do try her before going anywhere. Thank you Sharan!!

I have been a client at Castlemore Advanced Therapeutics for the last couple of years and I am extremely pleased with their service. I’ve been working with Doctor Martinuzzi as I had a foot injury and can say it has improved greatly. He is very knowledgeable and professional. All staff members are very friendly and welcoming. The facility is organized and kept extremely clean. No negative comments whatsoever.

Can't say enough about Sharan and this clinic - from their welcoming nature to the diagnoses, to treatments and all follow ups/aftercare - everything is absolutely seamless, professional yet homely. Sharan accommodates her schedule weekly, just so that she can tape my knee to ensure that I'm taken care of before my soccer matches. Patient-centric care is their number one focus - they do everything they can to help and heal. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for any of the services it provides!

I have been a customer for the last 2 months and I already see progress on my shoulder. I had pain for more than 1 year but once Ms. Sharan assessed my problem, she was able to provide treatments and exercises which tremendously improved my condition. Thumbs up for Sharan and her team at Castlemore Adv Therapeutics. I would recommend them to anyone.

I've seen many RMTs and Physiotherapists in my time to address a knot in my back . Mr. Sarbjit Multani has done the best job out of anyone. His massage is vigorous, but it does absolute wonders for my back. He's been able to dramatically improve my knots. I highly recommend him.

Harleen the chiropractor that has been working with me is very professional, super kind and thoughtful/purposeful in every interaction/appointment.
