We had Arme Pools open our pool and do a salt water conversion. Everyone was knowledgeable and professional. They were quick to respond to questions. Will definitely be using them again!

I was very disappointed with after care support. I have had problems with ground water around my pool and has cost me thousands of dollars to try and fix. I was not able to get Arme pools to even come and give me options to fix the problem. I have had to go to their competitors to fix the issues. I know that they cannot help how ground water flows, but customer support is important and responding to messages is also important.

We just had our inground pool installed by ARME and are so happy with how it turned out! Mike, Matt and their crew did an amazing job and the whole process was seamless and on time. Would definitely recommend ARME pools if you’re considering an inground pool!

We can't say enough about the service and excellent workmanship of Matt, Mike and their crew from Arme pools. We had a new liner installed in 2019 in our 20 year old pool and it looks brand new again. We just love the colour and pattern they assisted us in choosing.They stopped in to follow up with us when we opened up the pool this year and made sure we were completely satisfied with the job. We have referred them to friends and they purchased a liner from Arme Pools that they are also thrilled with. They do an excellent job and we would highly recommend them to all. Arme Pools Ltd. definitely deserve these 5 stars! We installed our first inground pool last year (2019) and we couldn't be happier with the results! Through the duration of the project they explained to us where they were at in the project and they did complete the installation on schedule. Throughout the season, we were provided with on-going support whenever we had any questions or concerns. The crew was absolutely amazing! They were very friendly, punctual and always left the job-site clean the end of every day.We consider Matt and Mike friends and would definitely recommend them and their crew to anyone considering installing a pool. We look forward to opening the pool this year!

Our experience with Arme Pools Ltd. has been nothing but fantastic. They provided us with a detailed quote and met with us at our convenience to iron out all of the details. Their workmanship in the backyard was amazing. They have truly transformed our yard into a paradise.After the pool installation, I have found that they are quick to respond to any questions that I have. We have found zero issues with the equipment, so our questions are strictly around how to maintain it properly. They are always available to answer those questions.Their Water Testing program has been a lifesaver this year with the current global climate. I never worry that my water will be off. They arrive to test it and the chemicals are delivered at a fair price very quickly.Overall, they have been nothing but professional!
