45 Railroad

This is my first apartment in Brampton. Staff is very welcoming and understanding. It has been 6 months now and I am very happy and satisfied with my stay. Building has so many amenities and they keep very clean. Great place to stay with family.

We love our new home, Its beautifully designed with all the necessary amenities. The staff members are amazing always there to resolve any issues. Our leasing agent Ravi been extremely helpful and professional right from the day one, that it made our decision much easier in choosing our new place.

We moved in November..we were one of the first families to move in. Everything has been great so far. Friendly neighbours and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Ravi did our tour of the building, he was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. The amenitites such as the gym is very big and has alot of variety machines to use and never crowded. The party rooms are super spacious and the communal room (office space) is great to use when you have to work from home. We are proud to call this place our home. It's right at the heart of downtown, walking distance to gage park, great for the kids. Highly recommend this building. Very clean and well kept.

Finding the perfect apartment in a new country is always a task but we are lucky to have found a beautiful home in 45 Railroad. When we soft landed in January we started house hunting and Ravi showed us around the property and the moment we stepped in we knew this is it! We went back to India but kept in touch with Ravi who was always there to answer our queries and even shared a video of the suite once again on whatsapp. When we finally landed in April end everything had been sorted out before and we moved in just the next day after landing. Ravi has been of immense help and his approachable attitude helped us clear all our apprehensions. The property itself is very well mantained and luxurious. They did not even ask for credit history and easily gave the condo to us who are new immigrants. Its location is central with Brampton station right across the road. I have just one issue, the garbage disposal gets out of order or perhaps full too often and we have to wait and keep checking when its working again. Rest, its the perfect place to call home. Building is always clean and kept nice. We have been here from the very beginning (1st phase of move ins), and at the time if something was wrong in our unit someone was up to fix it the same day, if not, the next. People moving in need to remember it’s a brand new building and everything will not be 100% until everything has been USED & glitches are smoothed out. I love the building staff, they are personable & get to know you on a first name basis. Only complaint is I wish the Terrance area will be done for this summer!!

From the beginning Ravi has been very friendly and professional with me and my family. The building itself is very clean and well-designed (very modern) with a decent amount of storage. Management as a whole is very kind and helpful — any problems we’ve had have been addressed and resolved in a timely manner. The view from our apartment is beautiful and the train is quite enough that you rarely, of ever, hear it passing.

We love our new family spot! Our leasing agent Ravi was so professional and so knowledgeable about the building and location which made our decision to make this our new home extremely easy. He was so patient with us in the process and we appreciate him so much! We do not regret our decision one bit, the building is so clean and well maintained by the staff it's awesome. All of the staff is so friendly and helpful. Maria has also been a great reason that settling in here has gone so smoothly. Thank you so much!!

The building is brand new, has modern finishes, is well maintained and clean. Its very hard to find something like this in Brampton, so we are very happy with it. There was some small hiccups when we first moved but it is to be expected for a new building and the staff (Ravi, Laura, Issa) were really helpful with resolving any issues. The building has very nice amenities as well. The patio which has a pool and bbq's is almost done and we are very excited for that.
