We purchased our custom engagement ring from FTJCo. Nicolette and the team were very helpful and patient with us in showing the various designs and stones available. FTJCo has a wide variety of ethically sourced stones that we were able to see in person. The finished piece came out at beautifully and at a very reasonable price! I can't recommend Nicolette and the FTJCo team more!

Amazing experience from start to finish! Extremely friendly and helpful staff who helped me to design a custom engagement ring. They have a great set of options and the employees were kind, diligent and transparent. After I placed the order, Nicolette made sure to follow up with updates on the progress and additional information.After I received the ring, they offered a complimentary resize and clean / polish. Great place, will be coming back for wedding bands in the future.

Love Fair Trade Jewellery Company. They were incredibly helpful, supportive, and gave great guidance during our engagement and wedding journey. Their Loaner Program is a particular highlight, I would HIGHLY recommend to people who want to turn engagement rings into an experience with their partner. My fiancé ended up going with a custom engagement rings which she designed (pictured), and it turned out to be a beautiful and timeless piece. We're now looking at their wedding bands! Another reason to recommend FTJC is because they are a certified B Corp. It is important for us to work with local businesses that go above and beyond when it comes to supporting society and the environment. Thanks for all of the great work FTJC, we'll be sure to come back and refer people going forward.

From start to finish, Robin and Nicolette were incredibly helpful in the design of my fiancé's custom engagement ring. We first went in-person ring shopping and Robin took his time providing us with many options and giving us his professional guidance. Afterwards, it was very easy for me to email back and forth with him to create the perfect design based on my fiancé's preferences, our budget, and his direction. My fiancé is very happy with the final result - the ring is beautiful and meticulously crafted. Thank you again FTJCo for your quality and care!

I absolutely adore the vintage inspired engagement ring my fiancé chose for me from this shop with the help of the team at FTJCo. Not the best photos, sorry!One star removed unfortunately due to a less than ideal customer service experience when we went in to finalize and size the ring. It was clear that I needed help with sizing (as in, I had made it quite clear by asking for guidance) but didn’t really get much support. It made me uncomfortable and just want to leave the shop as quickly as possible, as I felt like I was inconveniencing that employee.I’m thinking that experience is not the usual one for this shop and so I would give them further tries in the future. Grateful for ethical and beautiful, unique jewelry options!

Robin and the team at FTJCo are knowledgeable, fast and honest! We never felt any pressure during the consultation and design meetings but got exactly what we were looking for. The finished products (wedding bands and an engagement ring) were stunning and we will be returning for all our milestone jewelry.
