We were having trouble finding a product and couldn’t have it shipped to our home. Mary was so helpful and found it at another store was able to have it shipped from there directly to them so we could pick it up in store. Thank goodness for Mary!!

We went in looking for nipple cream and had the best help you could ever find! Tiffany from start to finish helped with every question asked and even stayed with us until we were all done. The amount of patience to deal with someone who hasn’t had a baby in awhile. She was absolutely amazing! She definitely deserves a raise! Would go back and just use her! From start to finish she helped us with every little need! Thank you Tiffany you were amazing and made our day that much better!

Great service. I purchased an Oxford Kendra crib. We wanted to purchase the conversion kit but it was out of stock. The sales associate Mary, took our information and went out of her way to order the kit without payment and notified us when it arrived. Thank you!

Zero help trying to purchase an item in store. Said they didn’t have it, but when I purchased it online the next morning I got it within an hour from the same store… I was hoping to price match and now I’m unable to do so because I bought it online (even though customer service said through email I would still receive the price match). There was no attempt to help me find a similar item, the associate just walked away. As a brand new mom life is overwhelming, and bad customer service/experiences just makes an outing that much worse.

This store has FANTASTIC customer service. An employee named Mary went above and beyond for my husband and I when we couldn't find a baby bedding set that was in the floor. The entire staff was so nice, kind, and patient with our questions. It's so nice to see people who seem to genuinely care. Great job!
