No CCTV cameras. Security is a concern. Management please look into the same.

The location is the best because of near to the bus stop. However, too much noise because of the highway. It’s very hard to sleep at night. There is no security for vehicles and online deliveries. My roommate’s bicycle stolen which was parked and locked in-front of the main entrance. Online delivery products also stolen from the main entrance.

There is no safety of our vehicle although they charged $50-65 every month. Somebody stole parts of our car twice. There is no CCTV in the parking. O cooperation. We are asking for safe parking than they have none.

Great view, had a few things come up but Mangement will do their part in trying to solve them. Overall great place to call home.

I moved in to this building 1 month back and i must say the management is really great. Specially Connie and there maintenance team is just outstanding. They resolved all my issues within 12 hrs. Apparently I had a water leakage in kitchen faucet and i just told her in the morning and she told me to fill the maintenance form. I didn't even fill the form and the person knocked my door after 1 hour with new faucet in his hand to replace the faulty one. Outstanding management and special thanks to Connie, Vince and there wonderful hardworking maintenance team.

I had an unfortunate experience with the rental management at Cedarwoods. After my car was stolen from the parking lot on April 10th, I requested that they install CCTV cameras to help prevent future incidents. Unfortunately, they did not take any action, so I left a review on Google to share my experience and express my concerns.Connie, a representative from the rental management contacted me and demanded that I take down the review or move out of the apartment. This response was extremely disappointing and unprofessional.Their subsequent attempt to silence me through threats of eviction only adds insult to injury.The safety and well-being of tenants should always be a top priority, and this incident raises serious questions about the management's commitment to these principles.

The manager named conie is really rude. When you inquire about any availability they dont even give you proper answer. Never rent out here when the way of talking of managemnent is this way. Imagine how they behave after you are a resident!

Boarding house for refugees. They don't care they will rent a two bedroom out to a whole group of 10. The bed beg and cockroach infestation has never been handled properly. They will tell they do.... But why has it been there for more than 20 years? Tried to get multiple things fixed months before I moved out and no response besides yeah we will get to it"... Just to have them try to come after me for all the damages THEY caused when I left.Beware of Vince (resident managers husband) being aggressive to the point of me being ready to defend myself physically. They will walk into your unit without notice
