Silver Cross is not just professional but empathetic. My father recently passed away from pulmonary fibrosis, but leading up to his passing, he needed help getting upstairs to his bedroom. silver Cross (with no marketing or nonsense) got us a discounted refurbished stair lift at a discounted price. When he passed, I called them and they offered and even more discounted price for uninstall-reinstall if we sold on on marketing site. So kind and supportive. Great people.

We have dealt with this company over the past 8 months or so to help with my mother's mobility issues and we couldn't be happier. Despite the challenges of the covid-19 restrictions and guidelines, they have been very helpful and professional on each occasion, whether at their store or in my parents home. We had a stair lift and hospital bed installed in my parents home as well as purchased some other assistive devices and their prices are fair and the installations were done as promised. Steve Fish did the initial visit and quote for the stair lift as well as oversaw the installation and his professionalism and willingness to answer all our questions clearly are what made us finally decide to go with Silver Cross. At no point did we feel pressured to buy anything. While there were a couple of minor hiccups with the manufacturer (likely due to the challenges of these times as it was during the height of covid) Steve had them resolved quickly. Victoria was a pleasure to deal with, as were all the others whose names I unfortunately don't remember. I would deal with them again in a heartbeat and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others. We had to get our ceiling lift repaired and they made sure we had another to use in the meantime. Not only that, but when the temporary lift's battery died, they came right away to give us a new one. We have used Silver Cross several times before for various reasons, and they have never let us down!

Recently had to abruptly move my elderly mother with mobility problems into my home. Silver Cross came to our rescue. Scheduled a home visit in a day and had two chair lifts installed the next week. The price was exceptional compared to the other quote we received, and the installation was perfect. A very nice experience in a tough time for us.

Steve Fish is highly knowledgeable and kind gentleman. He came home for assessment of stair lift for my wife and took time to explain smallest detail at length. It was not sales pitch. We are extremely satisfied with three different experiences we had with Silvercross during the year of the COVID. Everyone followed COVID safety guidelines which was important to us. Over the past 5 months we’ve purchased a Custom Stairlift, wheelchair lift and three transitions mats to make our home more accessible for my husband, who is a new paraplegic. Once contacted, Steve was on-site sharing relevant and current information with my parents, patiently answering all questions.
