I just wanted to check prices, but they had time to take me right away, I still don't know the price list. They had a sanitize station and hand washing. There are shower curtains and plexi glass between clients, but I had to walk really close to the lady they sat behind and beside me. My manicurist did a good job, but i didn't feel understood, as I didn't get the correct colour (looked more green under their lighting) and I've never had tips built from gel before. But the finished product was really nice and its lasted over 10 days. I might go back sooner if it wasn't so expensive. This manicure included 2 art" nails for a total 72$"

My nails ended up nice but she wasn’t gentle. She twisted my fingers in painful ways. It’s overpriced for nothing. I asked for a removal, acrylics+French tip. I’ve gone to better places that were less pricey. It’s a cute place tho

Got shellac for the first time and last time here.The nail tech cut almost all of my fingers when cleaning cuticles and now, almost 1 week later, 2 of my fingers got infected from it, which is very uncomfortable. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she did the complete opposite but I did not complain as I did not have time to redo it. She also she started applying the polish pretty far from the base so it looked as if I had this manicure for over a week. I would definitely not go back and would not recommend this place to anyone.

Worst manicure experience I’ve ever had. From the minute I sat down the woman doing my nails was in a foul mood. She kept complaining that I asked for a French manicure and when the manicure was complete it was white tips with no undercoat so you could see my natural nails under. It looked horrible! The skin around my nails was so damaged and she didn’t even clean under the nails. It was clear she didn’t want to be there.When I let her know that it wasn’t what I wanted, she and the manager started to talk around me like I wasn’t even there sitting in front of them. The manager then proceeded to take off all the nail polish and told me to wait at the front. I waited for 10 minutes and then just told them I was leaving. I didn’t have time to go through the whole manicure again. My nails now look worst than when I walked in. This was my first and last time here. I highly recommend not trying this place. It may look nice from the outside but it leaves your nails looking and feeling gross!

I will not return! I always had a good experience at Dahlia until last year when I had a new 'technician'. She was clearly inexperienced and made two of my toes bleed. I would not have returned except that I received a gift card. This time I got a more experienced 'technician' who could not even manage a smile, and who received and made phone calls while working on my feet. She cut one of my toe nails so short that it bled, and when buffing the dead skin from beneath my heal, buffed the side of my heel which now has a sore. One of my toe nails was also not cut straight. Totally unacceptable.

My best friend and I went to go get pedicures and our nail technicians were absolutely amazing, Tina and Sapphire. We honestly can’t believe how great our experience was here. Thank you so much for providing us with a great service. 10/10 recommend.

The quality has dropped so much. I used to love my nails every time and that just isn't the case anymore. My nails are always streaky and/or shaped weird and crooked. I've gone back to have them fixed in the past but I'm tired of always having to go twice. this was unfortunately their last chance, I'll be looking for another nail place from now on.

It was clear that when I arrived in my wheelchair that they were clearly not happy, and I was relegated to a back desk to have my manicure, far away from the friend that came with me It had a bar at the bottom, which my wheelchair could not clear making it uncomfortable for myself, and the resprestative doing my manicure. However, the usual manicure tables were completely clear able for my wheelchair .I will never go there again!
