In my experience, Chad is angry and blames others when he is unable to understand what is required for a building permit. He did not know what was required under building codes and for the City of Burnaby. I had to deal with the Burnaby engineers and plan checkers many many times to find a resolution, because he was unable to. In my experience, he was unprofessional and called city officials names when other requirements were requested. Unfortunately, I paid in full before he proceeded with the permit application. Don't every do that. He refused to complete the Schedule CB, and I will will have to take him to court to recover extra costs for a new firm. In my opinion and experience, his conduct is unbecoming of the profession, and I have spoken to Engineers and Geoscientists BC about it and will be filing a complaint with them .

Don't ever use this firm. It is unprofessional, can not deal with City requirements. Chad was defamatory and blamed every one else when he could not deal with simple requirements such as ASHRAE documents. We had to print documents and take them to Burnaby ourselves. Chad refused to complete the project of do the CB. They should have their license reviewed by EGBC.
