This was my first visit to the salon. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. It was lovely to be greeted when I first walked in then escorted around to where I needed to be. I started with a 60 min relaxation massage. This was wonderful and Martha did a great job. The products all smelled amazing and there were some details and fine touches that were so nice. I then had a hair cut with a conditioning treatment. The chairs at the hair washing sinks are massage chairs! It was nice that the service started with a scalp massage. I loved my haircut! I liked my stylist but I felt like she was a little rough with me, when she was brushing and drying my hair. The only thing I wasn't happy with was I was offered a coffee when I got there, but I declined because I was going right in to a massage and didn't want one. I then had a bit of time between appointments. When I started my hair appointment it would have been nice for them to ask me one more time if I wanted a beverage. It would have been a perfect experience if they had. Since this was my first visit I didn't feel comfortable asking for one.

I've been coming here for about a year and I've had nothing but good experiences :) the staff are all very friendly and welcoming, and although some of the products are quite expensive, they're very much worth it. I bought some hair gel a year ago and still have a fair bit left. Kate is amazing, even when I last minute changed my mind about what I wanted. Absolutely fantastic place, highly recommend.

This is hands down the best salon I have ever been to. The staff were amazing and all very friendly. The moment I walked into that door until the moment I walked out was the best salon experience I have had. Bailey did my service and she was amazing. I have never been so happy with my hair after getting it coloured. They go over and above to make the your visit better. Highly recommend this salon.

I was there for a manicure and was disappointed with my experience. First my previous appointment got pushed back(which I wasn't anticipating). Second, I get my nails done by a non nail technician learned this on my appointment. So she couldn't do any kind of art on my nails just a basic polish. Third, my nails peeled off and chipped away in less than 5 days. Went back to have 3 repaired but still more nails peeled off and chipped away shortly after.Lastly, on this appointment I learned (through taking to another customer) that you can get wine there. I have been there a couple of times and only been offered coffee and water which i thought wasn't cool! Lastly, I will not be using their service again!!

Sadie did an amazing job with my hair even if it was just a trim. Very nice neck massage and hair wash. The trim was quick, but efficient. My hair felt so good and looks beautiful. Highly recommend!

Awesome Spa day! I have to say that this has been hands down my favourite spa experience ever! From a warm greeting to the beautiful detail throughout the spa, everything was perfect!Steph was my absolute highlight. We had the most lovely chat during my facial, followed by a quiet and relaxing massage. It was just what I needed to fill my cup and the pricing for the services was more than reasonable.

I went in to get my first eyelash lift and tint, I was given Shelby and all I can say is thank you and what a great experience! the atmosphere in there is super relaxing, felt like a spa experience. Shelby was friendly and knowledgable. I'm really happy with how they turned out. thank you Shelby for the great service and for being so accommodating! I've never had a lash service done before and it was much needed and a great place to go! didn't realize I'd be so relaxed while getting my eyelashes done lol! highly recommend.

My bridal party and I all got our hair and makeup done at Brio Salon for my wedding and we had the most amazing experience! Everyone was incredibly friendly and kind, and our hair and makeup looked fantastic! I can't recommend Brio Salon enough.

Sarah was absolute amazing. The first thing she did when I sat down was ask me about my hair. While I was a little wishy washy with what I wanted done, she was able to cut and style it perfectly, giving me a little bit of everything I wanted, but not too much if I decided it wasn’t for me. Definitely my favourite place for a haircut.
