This review is for Roseland Volkswagene in Burlington after an excellent service by Liam Evenson. After having gone to quite a lot of dealerships during our search for a family car, we ended up stopping by Roseland Volkswagen. The first person we met when walking through the door was Liam. Out of all the sales person we have talked to during this car search period (over 15 People) Liam was by far the only one who seemed to truly care about helping us find the best vehicle for our needs. He was professional, he was very easy going, he genuinely wanted to help us out and he answered text/emails promptly. We ultimately ended up purchasing a 2019 Atlas from him. It has now been 2.5 weeks since we have our new car and we love it. Thank you again Liam for the excellent service, you got yourself a customer for life. - Muhammad U.

Rick from the beginning made the transaction easy and was open to answering questions about the available options. He even replied to our text on his day off. His goal was to provide exceptional service that turned into a sale. At no point do we feel pressured and we're just informed about our options. This year the car market is different than other years, however, they treated us as keeping long-term relationships in mind.Jason answered all the questions when it comes to financing and went over different scenarios a few times.

I’ve got to say I’ve had the best experience ever when I brought my vehicle to the service station at Roseland VW. The service manager Brett Leggat was so helpful. My family is so Greatful!!!! Years ago got my warrenty claim for rust/corrosion reviewed and serviced, no problem, for my Jetta.Called today, for my latest VW to be looked at a rust/corrosion claim & was told I hadn't serviced my latest vechicle there. So they couldn't help me. Whether or not my vehicle has been service by VW Burlington or not shouldn't matter for them to review a warranty claim.Also told me they were booking 8 months out, which seems unreasonable & discouraging.Sounds like they will not be getting my business anytime soon.

I made an emergency stop at Roseland VW to get some engine coolant for my leaking coolant system. They were just closing up and the service dept was closed. The owner dug into the service bay, found the coolant I needed, and gave it to me, no charge.Many thanks to the Roseland VW team. You guys saved me.

Rick Macintosh was very nice and extremely helpful. He definitely made my car shopping experience very positive. I highly recommend him and will return if I need to make a purchase in the future.

I got a GTI Autobahn back in 2018 and it was the worst investment ever. Car started to have oil consumption issues around the 70k kilometres. Needed to deal with a lot of demanding tests from VW and the dealer. Heater was damaged in one of the visits. Then the car started having some issues when hitting the gas hard needing to stop the car in full 2 times. When the technician checked, dealer called me because the issue was related to old spark plugs, but those were changed in a previous service done to the car. At the end VW agreed on replacing the defective engine and the front bumper was not aligned when I came to pick up the car but the heater was still not working. This was fixed after a couple of visits. I barely use the car now because I am working from home but decided to use it now that the summer is back and my surprise was that the AC was not working. All accessories of the car were working properly before replacing the engine and what a coincidence that after the work all these issues are showing up. I mentioned that to one of the owners, and he just said that my last issue was not common in the model I got. At the end, I needed to pay $1,300 for the reparation and apparently the liquid in the refrigerator was low and the car visited the dealer for a 80k check up ljke a month ago and the computer never identified the problem. Very dissatisfied with the brand #VW the service provided and the multiple visits that I have gone through the last year. My recommendation, go for a different more reliable brand.

I've gone to this dealership for a couple of years to pick up parts as I mostly fix all of my own vehicles. It's hard to find a place to trust nowadays, but I have to absolutely recommend Roseland VW. Nav is 100% the guy to trust. He knows his stuff incredibly well and does a super fast job. They seriously need to give this guy a raise. Brett has helped me multiple times and has gone way above and beyond. I had a 2016 Golf R in for accident repair and these guys were extremely upfront about all the damage. The time and care that they took during that whole ordeal was unlike anything I had ever seen coming from a mechanic/service department. From that day on I knew these guys were the ones to trust. When my 2013 Passat TDI needed warranty work for a bad NOx sensor and Adblue Heater element, Nav stayed late and got it done next day (I brought it in Thursday at 3pm). My car was on 140kms until shut down and they managed to get it shot out and done almost instantly (completed Friday 8:45am). I don't normally write reviews gushing about dealers, but at the very least the parts and service department here deserves it. This is the only place to go.

My wife and I recently sold our 2016 Jetta to Roseland Volkswagen, and it turned out to be a fantastic experience. Not only did we get a great deal, but they even offered to drive us to our desired location after the transaction since we no longer had a car. Jason Leggat, in particular, was amazing throughout the process, and I wholeheartedly recommend this dealership.

The staff is very good, caring and patient, they answered all my questions and they gave me a detailed analysis of my vehicle. I feel very comfortable taking my vehicle for service at this location. It seems that they are very busy because I had to wait about 10 days for an oil change appointment.
