Max has helped my wife and I fix our newly aquired hot tub which he has had the upmost patients for, as we found out that this hot tub had multiple problems. He has always been easy to get ahold of and was able to teavh us the knowledge we needed since this was our first hot tub. He always got out to us quickly after we spoke and always kept us in the loop for what the next step was. He has made multiple trips and always was generous when it came to easy fixes and told us how to do minor repairs ourself, saving us money. I would happily recommend him to anyone I know who has spa or pool issues.

Great customer service. Very quick to call me back and address my service needs. It is stressful to have an issue with your hot tub in the winter when freezing water and pipes can cost you alot of money if service help is not done in a timely matter. Awesome friendly and very knowledgeable technicians. I will definitely call FM Pool and Spa for my future hot tub needs.
