Janina , a sales staff, could not send an electronic receipt to me after getting my email address while purchasing a pair of boot CAD293.80 this morning 10/06/2022 @ 10:35 ? I need to call and follow up after 4 hours, then she emails me a snap shot of a printed cashier receipt . Just curious about ECCO Canada, who could not provide an electronic receipt but asking client’s email address by saying a receipt will be emailed me. What’s the point to email me a snap shot of cashier receipt instead giving me that cashier receipt on spot ? When I asked Janina just forwarding the email from “Sent” folder to me again if really did email me an electronic receipt this morning . She kept saying could not ? Wondering what ECCO email’s “Sent” box looks like, no record ?? Or she input a wrong email address this morning or she didn’t know how to send electronic receipt or ECCO does not have electronic receipt system , but just asked client’s email address for marketing email purpose. If this is a case, ECCO needs client’s consent ? As I just received ECCO promotion email about “thanksgiving deals start now” at 12:59pm

Small store with very few models, different sizes are also not available, the middle aged Chinese lady is rude, overall a bad experience

Came in earlier last week (March, 2022) and grabbed a pair of MX shoes - the new outdoor ones. They're probably one of the comfiest pairs of shoes I've tried on in recent memory - instantly knew I'd buy them despite trying on a few others.The associate in the store at the time (Adlin) was really pleasant to interact with. Bright personality and nice small-talk without awkwardness. Helped try on a bunch of different selections and made things easy - she's solid and in the re-opening rush of summer I think will be a vital asset to this location.Will definitely be swinging by again for dress shoes when the time comes. Very good experience.

I visited this Ecco location recently and had exceptional service by an employee named Anna. I am extremely picky when it comes to shoes and Anna helped me a lot! She showed me a variety of styles and for the price I was looking for. I purchased 2 shoes and will definitely come back to purchase some more! Great service, highly recommend visiting here.

Super positive experience despite restrictions (only 4 people were allowed in the store at one time).My desired boots weren’t in stock but Samiyah helped me order them (and they arrived SUPER fast to my house, wow).Location is attractive and easy to find in the mall.

I was greeted with a friendly smile and welcome to ECCO by Adlin.Very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I would recommend the store and especially Adlin. I bought a pair of biway-tred gor-Tex sneaker brown on Sept 26/22. I drove a long distance ( 1 hr drive) just to come to this Ecco store. Thank you Adlin.

A small Ecco store and there are not many choices. The stuff didn’t even have eye contact with me when I step in the store. When I wanted her to find my size shoes, she was not very interested in doing so. It made me uncomfortable. But I really wanted to buy two pairs of Ecco. I tried a few more styles and took right from the shelf, the size were not right for me and she didn’t offer to look for the right size. She just stood by and watch me put those shoes back to the shelf. I can tell it is pretty easy to work in this Ecco store. I love all of my Ecco shoes. But will NEVER get back to this store!!!

Great staff. I highly recommend to stop by and try the shoes. The staff are good and knowledgeable, I would like to thank ADLINE and FIONA for their patience to help me. I even requested wax oil to be transferred from another store which they did.Just one thing that I can share my experience. The COMFORT Everyday INSOLE was $20 when I saw it on the website this morning. At the time I got there, the price had already been changed to $25, I was shocked.Please check the price online and make sure you get a screen shot of the price in order to have a little saving for your coffee break. :)When is your next promotion? Please post it online for some extra saving and kind of motivation to shop more ?Overall, great location for your next shoe and boot shopping.

The young girl at Ecco is a fantastic individual with professionalism and a friendly attitudeHer knowledge of the product along with her personality make it very easy to continue to return every year to purchase new shoes.
