Cannot recommend Lim Goldsmiths enough! They created my gorgeous engagement ring and worked with my husband even though we're located in Calgary! Our wedding bands along with various pieces of jewelry throughout the years (tea ceremony jewelry, casual wear, etc.) are also from them. The husband and wife duo are the kindest and greatest people to work with and are so accommodating.

In love with my engagement ring! So beautiful. As someone who is picky and looks at every little detail, Lim’s exceeded our expectations and very happy we trusted them with our ring as we did unfortunately have a negative experience elsewhere prior. They were very lovely to work with, happy to answer all of our questions, and genuinely made sure we were happy with every step of the process. They have a ton of modern styles available in store to try on which we really liked. We look forward to purchasing wedding bands with them in the future!

Our experience with Lim Goldsmiths was absolutely fantastic. They delivered exactly what we wanted at a price point that we were very happy with. We unfortunately had a bad experience elsewhere, and at Lim Goldsmith it felt completely different. We felt confident, at ease, and truly enjoyed the day. It was a very special experience. The employees at Lim felt genuine, never forceful/pushy, and seemed to really care about what we wanted. They never made us feel bad if we were having a hard time deciding on small details (they never hesitated to make 2 prototypes for me when I wasn't confident in my choice). I would 100% recommend Lim to anyone. We got a bigger diamond than we had thought we could in comparison to other quotes, and love that they make it right here in Edmonton. Couldn’t have had a better experience purchasing an engagement ring. Originally we were given an estimate of 8-10 weeks to have our custom ring made, they managed to complete it in 2 weeks to fit my proposal plan. The ring is beautiful and the staff are amazing! I got my engagement ring re-sized here! I was really nervous about it taking a long time but it was done in less than a week!They were so professional and really nice. My partner and I had a fantastic experience and would definitely go back for any jewelry needs.

Designing our engagement ring with Lim Goldsmiths was a fantastic experience. Their customer service is prompt and professional and we could not be happier with the end result. We were looking for options for gemstones instead of diamond and found that other companies made it feel like a hassle. Lim Goldsmiths listened to our requests and preferences and delivered exactly what we were looking for.

My husband and I decided to honour our 30th wedding anniversary by having a ring specially made (for me) and we decided to try Lim Goldsmiths based on the many terrific reviews we read. Lim did not disappoint! We visited the bright, beautiful store and met with Jamie who sat down with us to find out exactly what we wanted. She was incredibly friendly, professional and knowledgeable and worked with us (within our budget) to create a ring that I would love. Jamie was very open to our ideas and photos of ring designs that I forwarded in order to help create something special and unique. She made it clear that they really wanted me to be pleased with the final product and worked with us to that end. The computer rendering and 3-D ring that I tried on helped so much as well and they gave me lots of time to decide and change any details that I thought needed changing. I also really appreciated the excellent work done by Tasha in communicating the changes I wanted to make on the computer rendering. They finished my ring by the date they promised and we are so, so pleased with it! I would highly recommend the team at Lim Goldsmiths!

This jewelry store is amazing. This is a family owned store. The husband and wife team is so warm and comforting. I have so many great things to say. The quality of the stones is superior. The attention to detail is exquisite. The quality can be seen in the pieces in the cases but when you order any item it is all hand made. Making it more special and meaningful. The service is also amazing, they are so friendly and helpful. They are so knowledgeable and take the time to go through all aspects with you/ They don’t make you feel rushed. I brought my ring in and had what seemed like a problem, we went back and forth to figure out the best for me. Through it all they were very patient and kind. I bought my husband’s ring from them and the finished hand made product is exquisite and beautiful. I would not go anywhere else for my jewelry in the city. If you are looking for something I highly recommend you visit them before making any decisions. You will not regret the time spent at this store.

From the initial consultation, sourcing the stones, 3D rendering, live prototype, and finally the finished ring, each step was handled professionally and with the utmost care. I cannot recommend the family-run team at Lim Goldsmith enough and will be working with them in the future.

Just had the setting for my engagement ring remade and WOW. The craftsmanship was perfection. I am SUPER picky with my jewelry and I am beyond happy with how it turned out. Their location is beautiful and the customer service is the best. Highly recommend and have already told my friends to come here!
