Absolutely DISGUSTED

I recently suffered a heart attack. I was prescribed many medications. One was for anxiety due to the nature of the event. I was out of my medication and during a call with the Niagara health heart attack check follow up call was advised to go to a walk in clinic for a refill. Was denied without being seen at all. Subsequently I ended back at the emergency room later that evening. They ran tests. It was horrifying. I left with the proper medication and prescription that I went to try to obtain under the advisement of healthcare professionals earlier that day. Avoid this place at all costs. Imagine a dr that makes important healthcare decisions with no interaction with the patient. Shame.

Not a good experience at all!!
