I met Kayla at an open house I attended as a tourist bc I was only in town visiting a relative. I asked her for her card “just in case.” I called two hours later because I found a home I loved at another open house. Kayla and Mark did their due diligence (asking the right questions to make sure I was aware of the realities of taking on an older home), and I ended up buying a house my husband and I weren’t even looking for.
