Unreliable service, wost customer service, terrible system.This is not the first time we ship with KPL, but their account system was terribly organized between dispatch and CS. Response email for BOL was never on time, and never advice customer how to proceed. We had to quit them and ended up using another shipper.We tried to set up an account with them, for 2 times, never got any feed back. We regret ever using KPL, and would NEVER recommend using them.

This transportation company has lost our parts while shipping it to Toronto. Please do not trust them anymore.

I really wish I could give 0 stars. This is by far the worst delivery experience I have ever experienced. First, they lost the shipment (which was a large couch) in their warehouse. On the day we were notified of this news, customer service tried to reassure us that “this (losing products) happens all the time with them”. Not exactly instilling confidence in the customer.Then they advised us that they would update us by end of day. Never happened and we had to chase them down, but could not get a hold of anyone. Then we were suddenly notified that the package was at our front door without any notice. Tried to reschedule delivery and requested advanced notice (at least 30 mins heads up) but they failed to do the latter. Eventually we got the couch but the entire experience left a bad taste in our mouth. We were suppose to purchase another piece of furniture from the same company but will absolutely not, if they use the same shipping company.If you run a business and you are looking for a reliable shipping option with good customer service, do not use this company. They will ruin your reputation and hinder sales.I am shocked that they are still in business.

this was the first time I've dealt with Kindersley Transport, and it will be the last for sure. They left the skid in the condo property and refused to take it back. They just say the delivery has been made. I called the delivery guy and all he said was I've already left" and when I called him again

the Drivers are good and Friendly but the Lady dispatcher is very arrogant and lazy to answer (doesn't explain why it happens). I have no respect with that lady. I asked a question for clarification but she's so impatient to me. I booked a pick up with them almost everyday but that's what i've got with that ** lady. I will just gonna use other company every shipment i've got going West coast- from very angry Logistic coordinator

I use Kindersley for all of my West-bound shipments. Great pricing, quick service and amazing customer service. Website Quoting tool is easy to use, and the customer service team is always super helpful and lightening fast on their responses. Kim helped me today in helping get an ETA for a shipment, and responded within an hour of me sending the email. 5 star service!

Booked a shipment on friday. They never came. Called multiple times and left messages on monday. They never came. Cancelled and sent it with another courier. When I talked to my coworkers they said Oh yah never ship with kindersley that's just what they do""

Worst and slowest ever. I am shocked that this company is still in business. They picked up a shipment on Feb 28 and today is March 27 , it still has not got delivered to my customer in USA.

Amazing team here! Delivery was on time, communication was outstanding!

Booked a shipment Dec 15th. Jan 4th traced it, found out they forgot to enter it and didn't pick up. Found out Jan 13th still not picked up! When called in to trace it they advised they didn't have paperwork at pick up and didn't pick up. I was never notified by Kindersley Transport that this was even an issue and had to find out myself when I called in Jan 13th.Almost a month now and Kindersley has no idea what is going on!
