We had my wife's wedding ring set re-plated and inspected. Service from start to finish was outstanding. The price was reasonable and the completed the work ahead of schedule.

Was a nice first visit, was helped right away without waiting for someone to notice I was waiting for them like a previous store. They had a good variety of the basics when looking for jewerly. Prices matched quality from what I saw, and when asked the sales person gave answers of material types/prices and discounts. Found what I needed and they were patient when I was deciding. Only down was I had a few questions that wasn't brought up or clear to see but they did answer them, so a nice visit.

I got a pendant for my mother today. My experience with the lady ( ken , not a 100% sure about her name) was just amazing. She was so so helpful and helped me with all the little details and left no stone unturned to help me out. As I am a sophomore and it was my first time purchase of a gold item , she helped me very well and explained my silly questions with so much patience.

The ladies told me it would be up to 4 days. I’m comparison, another big name jeweller in the same mall quoted me more than 3 weeks for the same service. This was why I didn’t go with them.In addition, for a smaller budget than I would’ve spent at the other place, I actually got a real emerald ring as opposed to lab-created. As another bonus, the diamonds on the side are real and not cz, and the ring is solid gold and not plated.The ring is dainty, strong and so comfortable.The ladies at the shop were very sweet, helpful and knowledgeable, they texted me as soon as my ring was ready for pickup.My ring was ready for pickup in just 2 days and the sizing was done incredibly well, you cannot tell at all.Will be back!
