We have the Airphone JOS-1AW, and with it, we also have it hooked up to our cell phones. This has been working as expected and more. We are very happy to have chosen to have the locked door installed. Jonmar Security worked with us on it until we were comfortable, even if it meant coming back a few times due to a learning curve. He was very patient in explaining all of our options to us during the selection process, as well as giving us the pros and cons, and his suggestions, as well as answering all of our follow-up questions along the way even post installation. Every time I’ve reached out to him with a follow up question he was very quick to get back to us and take the time to make sure we were fully satisfied with his reply. All the associated costs with the upfront purchase and the monthly monitoring fees have been very reasonable in my opinion. I came to Jonmar to replace/upgrade the PC's and POS system at our small business. I had been told by another company that I was looking at about $2500 USD for hardware and software to accomplish what I needed to do....as a budget-conscious startup, I was a little stressed.I met with John at the store, and left relieved and happy. Instead of upselling me, John determined a hardware setup for us that will allow us to simply upgrade our existing software!
