Ron was very helpful from my first phone call with him. He answered my many questions with full transparency (especially regarding the timeline to expect my prints) and even suggested doing a test print to ensure the image quality was acceptable. The staff offered suggestions on various options for the printing, and that was very helpful - I don't know this stuff as well as they do, so I appreciate the help.
