Saskatoon East Family Physicians

This has been my clinic for a number of years now, I have always been very satisfied with the treatment I and my kids receive, they are always kind and respectful and my Dr. Is second to none, down to the point… no holds barred and productive when advocating for our health care needs! The front desk ladies are always friendly and polite.I would recommend but it is usually hard to get in there as a patient because the Dr.’s are usually full case load wise

I've been coming to this clinic all my life, seeing the same doctor since birth. Back before they ever moved to stonebridge. Maybe I dont understand the process well enough, but that should count for something. I phoned to request an appointment due to a car accident i was in. My doctor retired just recently and since then i havent found a family physician that will take me and my kids on (for the more sake that i really dont know who to go to, since my doctor was always there for us).As I was saying, I called today (and in the past I've never had issues with scheduling or staff etc). I explained my issue and asked if I could see another doctor at the clinic, and if any were taking on new patients. I'm not really sure what the big deal is as I know the clinic has an outstanding reputation and I would love to stay with them.when I talked to the girl on the phone, it was as if no help could be given. I was told my file was closed. Ok fine. But I'm still looking for a GOOD NEW doctor for my current issue as well as to become a long term patient. She was quite short on the phone, I felt like she didnt want to answer any of my questions and the doors were automatically closed on me as soon as I mentioned mine was retured and looking for a new one. I dont believe my health issues and concerns as a patient have anything to do with being an old patient of someone who isnt relevant anymore. It's been over a year since my family has been there for anything, and when my doctor couldnt see me she would refer me to her colleague anyway. I was only given a hushed no with the question of seeing any doctor for help. The doors had been shut on me. I dont even know where to go now or who is recommended as a good doctor these days. I dont understand why I cant see someone else and start fresh?? A patient is a patient, with medical health that needs to be addressed. We are people. A doctor is supposed to help people. A little irritated that I've been going for so long and seems like I'm just shut out.

The Doctors and staff are fantastic. I have been going to them for 15 years. Never had any complaints about anything here. I strongly recommend this clinic for new patients.

Been going for a several years now.Good staff.Appointments are easy to get generally in my desired days and times.Appointments are typically on time.Overall it has been great going here. Sadly my doctor is moving soon and I may have to find a new clinic if this one does not get a replacement doctor soon. Many clinics seem to have terrible reviews so I'm hoping a new doctor will come in soon to Saskatoon East family physicians that will take me on as a patient.

Dr. Gericke is amazing in every single aspect ! Receptionists are always very helpful, polite and fast.Me and my family are soooo lucky to be patients here.Hands down best clinic in Saskatoon.

We have gone here to our family doctor for probably 9 years now. Couldn’t be happier with the care we receive and I always know that my children and I are supported when we need medical assistance.

The physicians here are fine and friendly. However the reception staff leave much to be desired. Very short, curt and uncourteous over the phone. I had to call to reschedule a phone appointment because my doctor called outside the window of time that I was given for the appointment, but when I explained my situation to the receptionist on the phone, I was rudely told that they don't provide a window for phone call appointments, directly contradicting what I was told when I first made the appointment. It is next to impossible to contact this clinic since being switched to working nights because they don't even have a voicemail to leave a message which in turn makes taking care of my mental health extremely stressful and difficult. They really left me feeling hung out to dry.

The reception is always very friendly and all of doctors at the walk in are great, especially Dr Wei who is our family doctor. My whole family and in-laws have now transferred over here. Great location, short wait times and friendly staff make it a great place.

This is the best clinic, from all the clinics I have been to. The staff is so caring and kind. The doctors are amazing and make you feel very comfortable. Dr Gericke, Dr Rensburg and Dr Wei have always treated my family really well. My girls love coming to this clinic and seeing the drs here. It truly feels like our family clinic.

I have been a patient of Doctor Slavick's for years and years. Now my daughter takes my grandchildren to him.That staff is great, friendly as well you never wait in the waiting room long.Highly Recommend
