Helena was incredible! Definitely book with her if you enjoy more of a firm calf scrub. She was really careful filing and getting off all the roughness. Super sweet lady, for sure. Would 10/10 recommend her and book with her again.

I had Hannah do my nails! She did an amazing job, I got extensions with a powder full set! She colour matched to what I wanted perfectly and even better! Definitely going to go again, great value as well!

I've been to Excel a few times and love it each time. They have great prices, friendly staff, and are amazing with my young daughters.

I would highly recommend a pedicure here. It was $10 less than another place I have gone and the service was much better. The atmosphere was very nice and clean. She took her time, didn't make you feel rushed. My feet feel amazing! So many gel colors to choose from. My daughter loved the experience as well. We will be coming back!

Every time I’ve gone I’ve unfortunately been cut with a cuticle cutter or drill. I also saw the lady put the drill away in the drawer afterwards instead of cleaning or throwing the efile away. Not recommended.

I booked for me and a friend to go get our nails done assuming that we would be seated next to each other however that was not the case we were seated on the complete opposite sides of the store. I got a shellac manicure on a Saturday and they were chipped by Tuesday. I will not be going back. I recommend going to lush spa downtown same price, better quality and customer service

i have been getting my nails done here for almost 2 years now, and have referred many friends here as well. however, the last few times i have gone have not been great experiences. the last time i left the salon with a design i was told they couldn’t do, but it was the design they had previously done just in a different colour. not a big deal, however i left with more than one fingers bleeding and they were sore for over a week after. it’s been just over a week since and my thumb has now developed some sort of infection and it’s causing me a great amount of pain. i usually love coming here but the appointment before last the women doing them seemed annoyed that my fingers were in so much pain and completely stopped talking to me half way through when i expressed the pain and pressure she was applying to my fingers. i’ve been getting gel nails for over 3-4 years now and i take breaks in between as to not stress my nails. i’m sad to say i don’t think i’ll be returning as my sister also just had an awful experience here.

Excellent pedicure experience! The staff were all so friendly and the space is clean, bright, and inviting. My daughters and I went on a busy Saturday morning, but the experience did not feel rushed at all. In fact, they gave my daughter extra time in the massage chair while she waited for me to be finished. They have a huge selection of gel polish colors to choose from. My feet have never felt this smooth after a pedicure from other salons. 10/10 would recommend!
