I couldn't be happier with the service I received at St Charles Motors. I purchased a vehicle that was just right for me. Tom was very patient and went out of his way to accommodate my schedule.I would recommend this dealership to my friends. Additionally, their mechanic Chris who worked on my previous car has provided me with great service and I will continue to go there should I need service.

My 18 yr old daughter bought her first car from here for over $6000, and since buying it nothing but problems and she has put in over $7000 in repairs already this place is a joke and they are crooked to do this to people selling broken cars I will be contacting my lawyer though as we have every invoice for all the repairs I won't let u get away with this

I Bought my first car from St Charles Motors 2 weeks ago. Tom was a great salesman who was courteous and accommodating when it came to meeting the needs of a car that was suitable for myself. I am more than happy with the car I bought from them. Would highly recommend choosing St Charles if you are looking for a reliable and affordable vehicle with friendly and helpful staff!

My Son bought a car from there. He has had nothing but issues. $1700.00 on engine. He said it was a new battery in the car and he's already had to replace it. Now his power steering fluid is leaking. BUYER BEWARE. So terrible they would do this to someone who was so excited to buy his first car and as a Mom I feel so bad for him. Terrible service

This review was from 2 years ago. We went to buy a nice car from St.Charles. The condition of car was satisfactory and the customer service was excellent. Tim the manager was very kind, pleasant and took time to give all the details and even when we ran into a minor issue, he was there and was able to rectify it without further costs. I would highly recommend buying vehicles from him. It was a pleasurable buying experiences.Today’s review: This was originally a 5 star rating that has now turned into a 1 star rating. I’m so angry that my car that I bought was sold with a corrosive battery. I was originally told it was new and that it tested well when I first had issues after less than a week of buying. Fast forward to close to two months, I had to get it boosted and was told the battery was 2-3 years old and corrosive. I called to inquiry about the warranty and one of the managers was not aware of any warranty. Needless to say that Tim was very honest and he did his job well and he would not have missed this. I went to another mechanic and they confirmed the same information and stated that the holder for the battery and bolt that holds it is broken. So I no longer recommend this company as this part of the government safety requirements and they told me it passed safety.

My family and I have been buying cars from St. Charles motors for years! Always great service, great vehicles and great prices! I am always recommending this establishment when a friend is looking for a vehicle

Went to St. Charles Motors to look for a first car for myself, I have to say sadly had to deal with a terrible salesman named Tom Papaioannou, I was interested in a car and during the process of this Tom was katy and rude. Went to get a pre inspection on it and it came back the car needed $2000 worth of repairs, Tom laughed and didn't want to negotiate, not a single dime, I have to add I never low balled him, my advice is unless the car doesn't have a single issue you probably don't want to do business with this company!- Also wanted to mention that he NEVER asked to even see my licence or any form of Id, also wanted a deposit just to take the car for an hour to get it inspected, just please don't waste your time and or money at this place

We drove from Carberry MB with the intent to come back home with a good car for my colleagues. After looking at a private vehicle we decided to go look at some other cars. I called St Charles used car sales and Tom answered, letting me know he'd be there in about 10 minutes, and that he had plenty of vehicles like what we were looking for. My colleagues fell in love with a 2010 Nissan rogue, and I did my thorough inspection to make sure I was satisfied with the vehicle. We took it for a test drive and it was just fantastic. My colleagues bought the car, and we drove it back home to Carberry. Tom was very professional and everything went real smooth. It was certainly worth my time to bring my colleagues to St Charles. I would highly suggest to visit them for a car should you be looking.

I've never bought a vehicle from a used dealer before as I always hear horror stories about it. But when I finally found the vehicle I was looking for I figured I would give it a shot. I'm so glad I did because I received nothing but the best quality service I've ever had when buying a car. John and Evan are both great guys and went above and beyond for me. This dealership has the most honest group of guys working at it and if only all dealerships could be like This One. My vehicle had a couple of small problems right after I bought it and John and Evan took care of it right away no questions asked. 11/10 for service I would definitely recommend coming to see these guys if you need a used vehicle and want to be treated fairly and with respect2
