They need to be more aware of the fuel islands! Sat idle in the fuel line, not fueling, not EVEN IN THE TRUCK!They left the truck in the fuel island unattended for almost 40 minutes! Came out of store and got in truck pulled forward and again just sat! I had enough time to fuel my own truck, walk inside to it for fuel, clean my windows, check my oil, go back in for a receipt and still no one in the truck. Just running idle again.Spoke to maintenance and he said it happens all the time with these trucks!SERIOUSLY!!!! No consideration shown for fellow drivers or the time lines or schedules of others!!!

Horrible service, do not hire these people unless you want horrible communication, lost items and lost paperwork. Overpriced, check out the competition first, plenty of that in Mississauga. I called a few times to escalate issues to the owner and he came on the phone drunk slurring his speech. I got a partial refund and gladly took my business elsewhere. The last time I went to the Dixie office there were police officers investigating and taking files, when I asked what was wrong I was told it was routine. Sure, whatever you say.Also your follow up post is a lie and you know it. I know exactly who you are, how would I confuse Sethi International Transport on Dixie rd with another company? Normally, I do not go out of my way to give reviews, especially when I work with. However I saw a few unfair reviews here. After 18 months, I find Sethi to very conscious, honest and above all friendly and flexible. It is a small company with a pedigree to become one the best and bigger. I found some negative reviews from upset competition. This is a dynamic process, prices go up and down. Sethi trimmed their cost per mile and is charging accordingly. All parameters considered, this is a transportation with integrity. We are a team and we could not be happier.
