Nowadays, it is important to work with a company that I feel welcomed at, one I can trust, and one that puts its customers first. Luckily, SRG Fabrication Inc. exceeds this criteria. When I required some work from this company, RJ, the owner took his time to sit down and talk me through the process. He was very patient and went out of his way to answer my questions, and address my concerns. Furthermore, his turnaround time was amazing. Other companies gave me much longer timelines and given that I required some last minute work, it was amazing that he was able to help me out on such short notice. Rj is friendly, kind, respectful, personable, efficient, and very knowledgeable. He cares about his customers and it shows. I am so grateful for SRG Fabrication Inc.! Great quick service. Was in a rush to get laser cutting for stainless steel for chimney extension cut and RJ came through with delivering within an hour. Would recommend for all the services they provide as very professional.
