The Gardener

This review is based on my experience with these animals driving on the road. I was leaving my home and there were two of these trucks belonging to this company leaving a job I assume. One blew a stop sign in a school zone and the other nearly rear ended me when I turned after the other blew through the stop sign. They then proceeded to tail gate me for a good kilometre and drive erratically seemingly trying to run me off the road. If this is how your workers drive I can only imagine how you conduct business, avoid these people at all costs.

Amazing service by Trevor and his crew. This winter we have been hit by an enormous amount of snow and the Mississauga North crew never disappointed. Always cleared the driveway and walkway immaculately. On really bad days they even come back to see if our property needed further clearing. Highly recommended. Big thanks you again to Trevor and his team.

These guys are great, they complete everything I need done and I have never had an issue in the couple years I have signed up with them. Would definitely recommend their services.

Most horrible experience with hire the gardener north mississauga. Extremely poor snow clearing job. More than half my drive still covered with snow. Not worth at the $$$ they charge. Expensive and poor service

What a great company. They never skip a week, the crew members are friendly and I never have a complaint. They are quick but do a really good job!!!!!

Worst experience with The Gardener -North!Don’t be fooled by their tag line-“ We do it.... you enjoy it! “ - they proved to be just the oppositeYou lose both your money and your peace of mind! We hired them last season for snow removal and despite their seemingly convincing e mails about weather advisory and their promised arrival, even on worst days ( which you recall were plenty in feb’19), they never turned up.Upon e mailing them, they first wanted benifit of doubt citing that our car parked in our driveway must have prevented them from servicing it. Once you prove it was nt the case, someone did come , but just to do an incomplete and sloppy job ie. they would service the centre part of my two car driveway and leave the 2-2.5 feet on either side! ( pic. Attached) as a result, it was a struggle taking the car in/ out esp. the tyre toward the outer side. So you will find yourself shovelling the leftover driveway everytime you want your vehicle to come out. The pic. Will show how the rest looks after service too- with piles left obstructing my vehicle. Walkways were mostly forgotten by them despite extra charges taken from us for the same. ( pic. Attached)No apology, no acknowledgement and no refund! My family had to literally hammer the Ice formed by their repeated lag on my driveway and break it down for our driveway to be functional.

This gardening company lacks professionalism and common courtesy. Any grass, leaves or weeds mowed or cut that are in my neighbors yard are tossed into my yard and walkway with their use of the leaf blower. Avoid them!

Doesn't deserve a star. They are the worst of the worst. Worst than scum. They're crooks that will rob you blind. Be careful using this company for your snow removal services.

I asked for a quote for spring clean up, which was promptly given. However it was unclear what services were included. This is where the 1 star review comes in. The person who answers the phone “Joy”, lacks even basic customer service skills. She is quite rude and condescending. When asked what date the clean up would be, she replied “I can’t give you a date, I don’t have their calendar”. She then proceeded to tell me that I had to pay the entire $950 plus taxes up front upon confirmation, but that the service could happen “any day in April”. I would really recommend the owner to provide Joy with some training or interpersonal skills, she is miserable. I had called to say yes to the quote but the terrible customer service drove me to a competitor.
