2nd Time Around Tires

Had these guys install new tires on my new wheels but had another shop install on truck as they lifted truck. Couldn’t figure out why they felt out of balance. These guys took it in for an hour and found the issue which had nothing to do with the tire installation. Didn’t charge me a penny. Great customer service, by far the best tire shop around.

Had the best experience today at second time around tires. Needed new tires quick and they were able to fit me in, not only that but they knew I only had 1 hour between classes and they had me in and out within that time frame. Great experience from start to finish. Highly recommend. Thanks to everyone on the team you all displayed fantastic customer service!

This review is approximately three or more months behind - shame on me. I was brand-new to Ontario on July 1, 2022 (correction, having been AWAY from Ontario for over 15 years, living in USA, BC etc).After an excruciating trip from BC (Canada Day weekend, an insane amount of traffic, booked hotels and motels (I could not find any accommodation except one fleabag motel for 190 - i couldnt do it; you had to see it to believe it, and CONSTRUCTION - major" construction

Called about spacers for my car. Owner told me to email him which I did with all the specs. He replied saying to bring the car in. I brought the car in well he was there and the kid working the front went to his office and came back and said to send him another reminder email? Made zero sense. Owner didn’t even make an attempt to leave his office to take a look like he said he wanted to. Waste of time. This place used to be good but the owners customer service has really been going down hill last few years. Have bought a lot from here in the past but will be finding another shop moving forward. Went in during the winter because the plug they did was leaking…girl at the desk gave me attitude about it because she wanted me to pay again for the plug? Not sure what’s going on at this place…

Costumer service is great! However they are very busy and have a tendency to over book themselves.. I made an appointment to drop off my old summer tires on rims. And come back in a few hours to pick them up. When I went back my tires were still not done. And they are closed Friday for the holiday . Now I have to go back Saturday to hopefully pick them up. .

My experience with this business was wonderful, professional staff and quality service. I bought a service of 4 tires and it got fixed in no time. Boyes were expert I'm their job and so do receptionist lady.Today, I went for a tire service and they greeted me well also, they didn't charge me for a nail remover service. The person with long hair was nice and cooperative.

I personally know the owners and would highly recommend this place ! Jimmy is very professional and delivers high quality service and products. The rest of the team (Thomas, Brayden) is great too. They’re very organized and attend to the customers needs. Great pricing as well.

Had a great time dealing with them and ordering tires through them for my 1982 Checker. It's an odd ball car, but they helped me get some nice whitewall tires and found the ones that work best for my budget and needs. Super helpful, they called when the tires came in and where understanding when I had to reschedule my appointment due to weather.

Went in looking for some rims and rubber for my 2500, spoke with Jim and he hooked me up! Gave him an idea of what I was looking for and he showed me 2-3 options for rims and they were exactly what I was looking for. Picked a rim and then went on to explain what I wanted in a tire, Jim mentioned a mud terrain tire which I thought was going to be too aggressive and have horrible road noise, especially when pulling my camper 2-3 hours with 2 kids and a wife, listening to tires howling the whole way.Jim assured me that the tires wouldn’t be that loud and he thought I’d be happy with them. I’m glad I listened to him because the truck looks sharp and gives off the aggressive stance/look I was picturing, and the tires aren’t as loud as I anticipated. Yes they do have some noise, but hardly noticeable, even at 120 on the highway.I’ve been using 2nd time around for all my vehicles for over a decade now. They’ve always treated me good, gave me fair pricing and quick service. They are sometimes hard to get a hold of on the phone, but I don’t mind, if they are that busy, they’re clearly doing something right!I’d recommend these guys (and gal) every time.

I have gotten a few sets of tires and rims at this location and they are great. The customer service is great and they usually get you in and out quickly. They have a great selection of tires and rims, knowledgeable staff and decent prices!
