I had numerous problems with an engineered wood product. Months later the manufacturer produced an inaccurate report and refused to honour the warranty and remedy the issues. A&R Carpet Barn offered to refund my cost of the flooring and labor. I am beyond grateful that this business honoured their commitment to exceptional customer service when the manufacturer failed to do so.

I had vinyl flooring installed in my kitchen this last week. Staff was very helpful and super friendly from start to finish. Marty did an amazing job on the install. He was on time, didn’t leave a mess, nice to my pets, accurate quote, didn’t cut corners, really friendly and professional ... I mean what more can you ask for. I’ve had a not great contractor experience in the past. After this one, I’m already looking around at what I can do next. Customer for life.

We couldn’t find an area carpet that we liked to fit our front entrance way, so we bought a larger one that we liked and brought it in to A&R on Pembina. They were very helpful. , their person cut it to our specs and then bound it. We couldn’t be happier with the overall experience, and how the rug turned out. Looks great! Thanks A&R.

Hugh gave me a great deal on several hundred square feet of EVT vinyl as it was the last of that kind they had in stock. We hired Carpet Barn’s contracted installer Martin and he did an excellent job with the installation! When I had an issue with one of the boxes of material Hugh arranged for a refund without any issue. Great customer service and professional installation, I would highly recommend! Thanks so much Hugh and Marty!

I nipped in to check their supply of roll ends. The place was clean, tidy and well organized. Staff were helpful and their normal stock looked, well stocked. Afraid I didn't really pay much attention as I had very little time.
